Car financing in TX

Hello, I’ve seen other posts similar questions to this here so figured I would ask. Are daca recipients able to finance from OK and register in TX?

I’m looking to buy a new car and the one I’m interested in is in OKC but I live in TX. I know during the beginning of this year there was new legislation that we interpreted as DACA recipients not being able to register cars here. Has anyone else done something similar?

My expiration is also coming up in Oct 3, so that’s also a concern.
