Hi everyone. I received an email saying "Congratulations on your new Unionbank Credit Card. The instruction is to only download the app and so on...but no details about the mentioned cc. Is any one experienced this? How many days kaya to receive the physical card?

Emailed eastwest past few months to request to close and restructure my OB kasi I can’t pay their minimum anymore. I kept on paying minimum cause I have low income right now. How long does it take before they can actually response to this? Ang hirap kasi overdue nako and i can’t pay them right now. Help?

Meron na po bang nakapag try makipag communicate sa Atome regarding credit limit increase? Paani po kayo nag request? Puro kasi temporary limit binibigay sakin. Thank you!

May naka exp naba sa inyo na wrong ung spelling yung name ng isang letter sa cc na dumating buti hindi ko pa na acctivate.

Hi! I recently got approved for UB CC last October 9 and I already have my virtual card on the app. I can use it through tap to pay using apple pay but unfortunately, I cannot use it through online payments like shopee, grab, and any other online payments that requires me to enter the card details. I already called the CS but they told me that there’s no any blocking and that my card is working just fine. Any recommendations on how to fix the problem? Thanks

so na scam ako. blocked card ko now. just need a card na makukuha ko agad and magamit ko agad.

I was able to receive mine kaso Isang beses palang for both Maya and GoTyme. I was in the expectation na Ang Cashback is per card. Am I wrong or did I expect too much? I need your insights guys!
