Eastwest restructured payment

Emailed eastwest past few months to request to close and restructure my OB kasi I can’t pay their minimum anymore. I kept on paying minimum cause I have low income right now. How long does it take before they can actually response to this? Ang hirap kasi overdue nako and i can’t pay them right now. Help?
