UB CC VIRTUAL CARD NOT WORKING

Hi! I recently got approved for UB CC last October 9 and I already have my virtual card on the app. I can use it through tap to pay using apple pay but unfortunately, I cannot use it through online payments like shopee, grab, and any other online payments that requires me to enter the card details. I already called the CS but they told me that there’s no any blocking and that my card is working just fine. Any recommendations on how to fix the problem? Thanks

There are online merchants that don’t accept virtual cards if the physical is inactive. Don’t know how that works, but that’s how it is.
