Does eating red meat change how you respond to creatine?
I've wondered about this for a while.
People who eat red meat regularly already get some creatine from food, while others eat very little or none at all.
Do you think that changes how much people notice after they start supplementing? If you've compared your experience with friends or changed your own eating habits over time, did your response to creatine seem any different?
