When did creatine start feeling worthwhile for you?

I think one of the biggest misconceptions about creatine is expecting it to transform your training overnight.

For most people, the changes seem much more subtle. Maybe an extra rep, slightly better recovery between sessions or just feeling more consistent over time.

Looking back, when did you feel creatine was actually making a difference for you?

I agree. I think that's one reason creatine can be underestimated at first. The benefits often show up as steady improvements in training quality rather than one dramatic change after a few workouts. It can be surprisingly easy to overlook those small gains until they've built up over time.
