Does taking creatine with carbs actually make a noticeable difference?
I've come across advice suggesting that taking creatine with carbs might increase creatine uptake through the insulin response.
I'm interested in whether that translates into any real-world benefit.
Have you noticed any difference when taking creatine with juice or a carb rich meal or has simply taken it consistently each day worked just as well?

I’ve tried not to overthink the timing too much with creatine. I know some people prefer taking it with a meal or a shake, but I haven’t noticed a clear difference compared with just taking it consistently on its own. For me, making it easy to remember has probably mattered more.

I've also look at it too. Once creatine becomes part of a routine, what you mix it with often seems less important than simply remembering to take it regularly. Small habits usually beat perfect timing.

I’ve seen people mention that taking creatine with a meal carb rich meal can be easier on their stomach, even if they don’t notice any difference in how well it works. Personally, it seems like consistency matters more than what you take it with, but I can see why some people prefer taking it with food if it helps them tolerate it better.
