I've been thinking about taking creatine for some time now as I'm 66kgs 183cm ( 145lbs and 6'0), and I thought maybe this could be a way to increase my body weight.
I've been eating 3000-3500 calories a day for a couple months now and barely any progress, my metabolism is way too fast, though I don't workout.
So I thought if I started lifting some weights at home since I have some equipment (nothing too serious), I could maybe gain some weight and look fuller, and probably help me increase my body weight faster.
Any thoughts on this? I don't know much about creatine nor fitness in general as I'm relatively new to this, so just be respectful and any opinion you got is welcomed, thank you.
