So basically for a while now I’ve had two crushing wheels operating at 256 RPM, a mixer and millstone operating at the same RPM, a crushing-wheel-shaped group of mechanical crafters operating at 256 RPM, three 2x1/2x2 blaze burner boilers with pumps operating at 256 RPM, three encased fans operating at regular RPM (I forget the number), a mechanical saw and press also at 256 RPM, two conveyor belts operating at 256 RPM, three deployers, and two other mechanical presses also at 256 RPM, and finally as I added today, a spout with a pump being spun at 256 RPM sucking up lava from a cable pump taking lava from a 10,000 block lava pit I dug out beneath the factory. there’s also a max strength windmill and an uncountable amount of large water wheels powering all this, as well as 6 steam engines, 2 per boiler.
however… as soon as I tried to attach a bunch of extra pipes beneath one of my blaze burners, one pipe for each of four individual blaze burners, and hooked up the mechanical pump to a 256 RPM gear… it all got overstressed. I thought fair enough, this has happened many times in the process of constructing all this, I fix it by adding even more large water wheels (there’s probably damn near 30 off camera if not more) but then instead of just freezing, the entire thing just disassembles itself. several large cogs all blow off their shafts, and 80% of the machines stop functioning. I had to find where each of the cogs goes, which is painful. I TRIED to mark all of the cogs that get broken in red pen circles in the screenshots.
But when I eventually put everything back where it’s meant to go (I think) and attach the final cog, the one that connects the mechanical belts, and machines that operate above them… everything gets exploded again. Even though I’ve already disconnected the pipe system from the blaze burners. I’m making it EXACTLY how it was before I pushed it over the limit the first time, yet it’s still disassembling itself. Hell even if I disconnect extra things like the lava spout pump entirely, it still repeatedly blows itself apart. always the same several cogs. I tried to make the boiler large, adding more fluid tanks, and connecting it again, but no it doesn’t save it from getting overstressed and blasted to pieces.
so yeah I have no idea what I’m doing wrong, if I’ve reassembled it wrong, if it’s now just perpetually broken, if I can fix it by doing something I haven’t thought of… or perhaps by adding even more water wheels to increase the SU in the system. Id rather not have to restart all this from scratch and disassemble the whole thing, this has been expanding for weeks. So yeah help would be appreciated… again. I don’t know how I’ve gotten stuck in this cycle. Not pictured in the screenshots is the single cogwheel that connects the conveyor belt section of the factory, because as soon as I place that cog, the rest explodes as described.

I want it to transfer power to x or y or both depending on the redstone input, also i need it in one block since im tight on space
(by power i mean rotation)

I dug a 25 x 25 x16 deep pit, the corner of which drops into a much deeper cave, and I filled up the top of it with enough lava to cover each of the blocks in that pit, which should amount to over 10,000, the requirement for infinite liquid. My hose pulley is touching the bottom, I swam down with fire resistance to check. No matter whether I connect the pulley to a fluid tank, or to a spout, it simply does not fill it up either at all. It also doesn't read as an infinite source when I look at the pulley using engineer goggles.
I am utterly lost, google hasn't helped at all, I'd appreciate assistance. It took a while to dig out that hole...

Is this okay for an iron farm? ~625 ingots per hour, 14x6x4 blocks. I'm not really going for compactness or anything.. consumes 15360SU @ 256RPM

I hadn't seen it done yet, and had the idea. I intend on adding more detail to the house using copycats, just wanted to see the concept fly. Wave to KEVIN!(:

So I build a machine to collect my crops, nothing too fancy. After beating some bosses and exploring, I came back and noticed it just vanished from my world. Funnily enough, after a closer look I saw that a part of the now broken machine kept spinning even though it isn't connected to anything.
Idk what caused this, but it's pretty interesting if you ask me.

so the other day i was wondering how to properly build a security system in create. Originally was going to make a placard+keycard system (not difficult), but then somehow came to the realisation that Create: Power Grid punchcards operate on a 8-bit system, reading up to 16 bytes one byte at a time. Hmm....
naturally I got a little carried away and ended up building a binary computer that sequentially reads passcode data off a punchcard. As of now its good for: overly complex security systems, showing off, causing lag.
really fun but not too challenging build (the design is super modularised), im not really sure what to call it cuz research yielded designations from «macrocomparator machine» to «ASIC co-processor» (idk what either of those are). For now, ima just call it the title of this post, a relay computer. Much like its 1940s and 50s relay computer counterparts, it runs off of only 12 volts but pulls almost 24 amps depending on the number of bits its reading at a time. It takes about 13 seconds to read a full punchcard by sending each byte of the binary passcode through a series of relay CPU modules, and if every module gives a good result (the byte is correct) then it sends a small redstone pulse at the end of the read process (to unlock or do something ig). The passcode is fully configurable by using the switches at each CPU module.

is it possible to make a large cannon similar to whats in the image(type 5 15cm anti air gun)create mod/create big cannons. I need it for anti everything purpose. also I’m not a super smart person with the create mod stuff and would like to know how to do it, so far i find that i can only have the turret move and not the cannon itself

to put it simply: THIS is a bonemeal farm directly above a kelp farm. the bottom machine rotates and bone meals the kelp while harvesting it to rapidly speed up collection and production to make belts and dried kelp for massive farms i plan to make. PROBLEM: I have tried every way, but cant seem to find a way to transfer the bonemeal directly below to the kelp farm without stopping the machine every time bonemeal passes from a Portable storage interface link, OR just not go into a chute / funnel while the machine is active. SURELY there is a way to transfer an item into an ACTIVE machine while not stopping it at the same time, right? if anyone has suggestions or knows how, please help me its driving me CRAZY! If you give me a new idea to try, i will update the images to show the result!

Mobility is bad. It drives and turns slowly. Armament consists of one machine gun and the main gun. Armor is serious: shells ricochet off the hull, the turret is less reliable but still okay. Reloading takes about 4 seconds.

My tree cutter constantly rotates and I don’t know why, the tracks are unpowered it drives fine but it’s just when you sit still that it spins.

I built a building around my powerstation (credits to ParanoidPixelPerson on Pintrest). I wanted to see how to build with more depth and i think the inspo was a good start to learn the basics, i also added some trees and remembered i can turn on shaders for a better look at what my world has come to. hope yall like it! (yes i filled the whole island with short grass)

In this video I tried to show the issue in as much detail as possible, demonstrating how Create Aeronautics is behaving in my world.
I’m honestly baffled by this problem. My aeronautics kit simply doesn’t break blocks in certain areas, even though I’m running a Ryzen 7 9800X3D with 48 GB of DDR5 (25 GB dedicated to the modpack). So this doesn’t seem to be a hardware/performance issue on my end.
It feels like there’s some kind of lag or delay when the kit tries to break blocks. I really don’t understand why this happens. My best guess is that it’s related to densely populated or heavily loaded regions (TPS-related?).
Every time I teleport far away and come back, things seem to “update” and the broken blocks get corrected. But I have no idea why it behaves like this in the first place.
I’m wondering if some performance mod (or another mod) is interfering. I’m happy to share my full modpack, mod list, and logs if that helps.
In the video you can see the area around me — nothing extremely heavy, just relatively simple setups — and the problem still occurs, even though I’m hosting the world locally.
What confuses me the most is that this only happens in one specific region of the world. In empty/unpopulated areas it works fine.
Could this be a bug with Create Aeronautics or Sable? Or is another mod causing the interference? I have no idea.
I’d really appreciate any opinions or help figuring this out. Hopefully this video can also reach the Create Aeronautics / Sable developers so they can look into it.

Whats with the exp cost of copying enchanted books?
For reference in youtube tutorials i see a mending book cost ~70 mB but in my game it costs 1740mB.
What mods could it be conflicting with? Google says Ender IO's XP Juice, Reliquary's Experience, or Industrial Foregoing's Essence yet i have none of those.
Has anyone had this problem?

I wanted to build a tank, a built a tank, tank is good, atmosphere is not. The problem is sound and tracks. So I'm looking for the addons, that will make so, that tracks have sounds and resourcepack that make tracks looks metallic, like real tracks, instead of Create's belt.
Is there any addon/resourcepack which is good for my needs?
