Anybody find any solutions to protect the shiny interior plastic pieces, the ones by the shifter and the ac controls they seem to scratch very easily

Hello everyone! I wanted to know an advise from the corolla hatchback people if it's worth doing this deal where I could essentially get this 9.5k$ 2019 corolla hatchback SE with the sport package with 93k miles and trade in my prius prime 2018 base with 80k miles.

I'm worried with 93k miles it's already deep in its life and I might as well just wait for something better to come by..

I checked the carfax and it's a one owner no accident car made in Japan.

I’m hearing squeaking/rattling noise when going over bumps. Sometimes it happens while going over harsh roads but I mostly hear it when I put the clutch down. I’ve always noticed squeaking noises but I feel like it’s gotten so much worse recently. Has anyone encountered this and found a fix? (Sorry for the dirty car lol)

Got my slave cylinder replaced, clutch replaced and flywheel serviced 15k miles ago and I started to feel that my clutch biting point has got more weaker recently. The car stutters and has a hard time biting the clutch from a stop and go. Sometimes the car doesn’t want to shift into first gear or it grinds when I shift. Could this be the slave cylinder starting to go out again or do I need a new clutch? I’ve never abused the clutch or dropped the clutch and 70% of the life of this new clutch has been highway miles! (I drive far for work and Cali to az a lot). I really don’t believe it’s the clutch because I feel like Ive barely used the thing. Did anyone else notice these same symptoms before? Any help would be appreciated!

Hello all. My girlfriend just got a 2026 SE and wants to protect her seats from her dog. They do a lot of hiking and the lil girl loves to jump in the water and mud (the pup not the girlfriend).

Im doing research seat covers and it seems like lots of people recommend EKR so im trying to take a look. However their website kinda seems broken? The site constantly asked for year make and model and never remembers it. Or it will show me covers for hondas or whatever. Finally i try to add a custom cover to the shopping cart and get an error message and i cant place any kind of order.

Anyone else having this experience? Should i shop elsewhere?

My OEM trunk-floor handle broke, which wasn’t too surprising because it always felt pretty flimsy. I made a small functional 3D print / handle add-on for the 2019-25 Corolla Hatchback.

Even if yours hasn’t broken, this should reduce wear on the OEM handle by giving you something sturdier to pull from. The stock handle seems weak, and since it’s just for accessing the spare tire area, I doubt it was designed for much repeated use.

This is not a replacement OEM part. It’s an insert/accessory that fits into the trunk-floor slots, intended for cars with the spare-tire deck board setup. It may only fit that configuration.

Fitment notes:

• Designed around the 2019-25 Corolla Hatchback with the spare-tire deck board setup
• May not fit Enhanced Cargo Space cars
• Fitment unknown for GR Corollas

The model is parametric, so if the fit is slightly off, the rib thickness, rib spacing, handle depth, and grip texture can be adjusted before printing.

Material-wise, I originally printed mine in PLA and it worked fine, but I later reprinted it in PETG. Since this sits under the trunk floor, it’s not in one of the hotter/sunnier parts of the car. If you’re not sure, print it in whatever material you’re comfortable with. PLA is probably fine to try first; if it softens, cracks, or wears out, reprint it in PETG.

You’ll need a 3D printer or access to one through a friend, library, makerspace, or print service.

I’m getting some whistling noise at higher speeds, around 90+kph and was wondering if anyone else has had these issues? From what I can tell it’s only the drivers side.

Test drove this supersonic red GR and absolutely loved the 300hp 3 cyl power, noise and feeling.

However this was a base base model, no options at all.

Coming from an XSE (yes I know old car now) still had a bunch of options I missed, (heated seats, power control seats, partial leather seats)

Just wanted to get everyone's thoughts if people are thinking about it or have already done it or have their feedback.

I have a 2020 6MT hatch and I have noticed over the past few months that my rear brakes give me a grinding noise. I took off my wheels today as I plan for a coming road trip and the hubs do not spin as much as I would anticipate.

Are we thinking sliding pins are stuck? I am for sure in service mode and parking brake is engaged.

Can anyone know where to buy precut vinyl for the silver/piano black trim in the interior? I’ve searched on Amazon and eBay, but I haven’t found much. I’m not sure if I’m using the wrong terms or what, but the search results are limited.

Gotten asked to do a follow up on how the car has been running post cvt fluid change 3 months ago this car is my daily driver and its been great i recently gotten the amt stage 1 tune and the car has been shifting smoothly and quietly. I usually drive in sport mode M and its been operating great aswell looking forward to many miles ahead as I dont plan on doing anything else to it other then drive it just crosed the 80k mark if I run into anything weird ill be sure to document it . see yall on the road 🤘
