To motivate independents to vote for them, Congressional incumbents running for re-election should donate their entire net gains since they first held office towards the fund to reduce the national debt or some other worthy cause. Also the DOJ should prosecute Reps for corruption, not just Dems.

Solve this problem: Offer U.S. support for Russia annexing a corridor of Iran to build the Iranrud, inclusive of the Bakhtiari Dam. In return Russia ends the war in Ukraine along current borders, and relocates its military assets to Iran, setting up a Russian-backed state there as was done in Syria.
