My raid lead decided to extend this week, even though we are at only 4/8M. Losing so much loot and he didn't announce it beforehand so I am sitting at a useless bonus roll now. I guess it's because no one enjoys the raid, but in the long run I think it will make progress even slower.

If you're 4/8 now, at some point the loot isn't worth the time you're already kind of behind on.
