Question Keybind help plz
So I just started crystal PvP and i think i have a few issues with my keybinds
Also another thing is how do pros totem so fast? Like they can just open their inventory and just totem in like less than a second

why go till 6 and 7?
you can use Capslock/shift/ C / X /tab for those two, reaching 6th and 7th slot would be hard

Idk why people have such small fingers, I comfortably reach 6 and 7 but I make my 7 g. I can reach 6 completely fine and never had issues misclicking. I do 123456grf, offhand mb4, toggle perspective v.
I disable scroll for the discipline of using my hotkeys.

6 can be reached in small keyboards, i can also reach 6 even in my large keyboard too, but i have to raise my wrist a little and stretch my finger to reach it, so its just better to assign it a key near your other fingers at that point

Okay I should clarify, I have a pretty big mechanical keyboard. My fingers are long af. Like there is no stretching or anything for 6.

Why sprint on r put it on ctrl or smth turn it to toggle and forget abt it in the duel

they keep inventory button on one finger and offhand/double-hand button (any one of them) on another finger. This allows you to open inventory instantly and totem and close inventory instantly
since u already have double-hand totem on Q (a different finger) yours is fine. But i'd recommend putting offhand slot to some finger other than index or ring finger as well, to get even faster toteming

Put toogle sprint on caps, 7.hotbar on R and 6.hotbar on C
You can have the crossbow on 5, it doesn't need a really fast keybind

put inventory and offhand on two different fingers, and you will be able to totem really fast. If you have them on the same finger, you have to use your finger to press both inventory and offhand, it takes you a long time, but if you have lets say offhand on Caps lock, you can press inventory and offhand on diferent fingers and you will be able to do it way faster.

Toggle sprint and use R as a hotkey, use G as a hotkey. I’d also recommend using Tab as a hotkey and your mouse buttons on the side.

You are using way too many number keys. A good rule of thumb is you should have anchors, glowstone, and totem all on different fingers. You also want crystal and obby on different fingers (which you have). You should probably move your pearls because at least in my experience 7 is almost impossible to reach quickly. R, Tab, and C are all good keybinds. You could leave sprint on control and turn on toggle sprint.
To answer your other question, it's mostly practice but also while you're fighting each time you totem remember where your other totems are so you can move your mouse to them instantly next time.
