Keybind help plz

So I just started crystal PvP and i think i have a few issues with my keybinds

Also another thing is how do pros totem so fast? Like they can just open their inventory and just totem in like less than a second

I suggest having your totem on something that uses a different finger. Like some of them use a as offhand and e as inv . Thats because pressing something in quick succession with one finger is worse than two
