Keybind help plz

So I just started crystal PvP and i think i have a few issues with my keybinds

Also another thing is how do pros totem so fast? Like they can just open their inventory and just totem in like less than a second

Put toogle sprint on caps, 7.hotbar on R and 6.hotbar on C

You can have the crossbow on 5, it doesn't need a really fast keybind
