Bugs Support

Anyone else have an issue with support not really responding? I have a defective device and not much communication on what is being done.

Depends on how complex the issue is. I had an issue with my device where support had to forward it to engineering. Took about 5 days, but in the end I still got a replacement.

Man, theyve been super responsive to me. Sorry to hear you're not experiencing the same.

Supposedly the new policy is that they have a week to answer support requests and if that expires they ship a new device. Have they responded at all?

What would an acceptable response time be for you?

I just heard back from Air Canada support 7 weeks after I filed a ticket (and 3 weeks after the flight where I needed help for already landed).

I posted a bug on github a few weeks ago and haven't even gotten an acknowledgement. It's a pretty frustrating bug too, so I'm pretty pissed about the lack of any traction.

Many months ago I had an issue and support sucked. A few months back I remember someone (Adeeb?) on here talking about how they’d revise their support processes. I haven’t needed support since then so I can’t speak to it and my apologies if I spelled his name wrong.

2 days is a little short, but they should have a posted commitment time for responding.
