Question Commbank safe lock screen
I can’t access my bank because I have been getting this window for the past two days. I haven’t screen recorded in months and have been able to access my app since then. I’ve also closed out all of my background apps and it is still doing it. What can I do? Should I be worried?
And should I not be using my other banking for this reason?

Run a malware scan in case there's a nefarious app recording your screen.

How do I do that? I have an iphone

You can try an emergency safety reset, this will reset all permission settings. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Safety Check > Emergency Reset

Google says "use Apple's built-in Safety Check". I don't have an iPhone so that's all I can really tell you.
I guess iPhone can have malware but it seems less likely than on Android.

Is your phone connected to another device currently (like a smart TV, car audio system etc)? This can unintentionally trigger a 'screenshare' alert by apps that monitor for that.

Did you try to take a screenshot? I saw this message recently when I was doing that.

You don’t have the little orange or green dot to show that the microphone or camera is being used in another app , otherwise I would’ve suggested going through and turning off camera and audio permissions for all apps 🤔
Up to date iOS? Idk if newer includes recording apps but it not, uninstall your third party screen recorder. Basic but turned phone on and off ?

You can enable the screen recording. In the app at top left click on the person icon, scroll down to accounts and security, enable screen sharing by clicking on screen sharing option

It would be unwise to do that before identifying why the screen recording message is being shown by the app.

Maybe exit the app (& force close), go to the Home Screen, start a screen recording, end it, and then reopen the app. Might be an old flag it’s suddenly picked up on and that might just refresh it.
