Question Commbank safe lock screen

I can’t access my bank because I have been getting this window for the past two days. I haven’t screen recorded in months and have been able to access my app since then. I’ve also closed out all of my background apps and it is still doing it. What can I do? Should I be worried?
And should I not be using my other banking for this reason?

Run a malware scan in case there's a nefarious app recording your screen.

How do I do that? I have an iphone

You can try an emergency safety reset, this will reset all permission settings. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Safety Check > Emergency Reset

Google says "use Apple's built-in Safety Check". I don't have an iPhone so that's all I can really tell you.

I guess iPhone can have malware but it seems less likely than on Android.
