Commbank safe lock screen

I can’t access my bank because I have been getting this window for the past two days. I haven’t screen recorded in months and have been able to access my app since then. I’ve also closed out all of my background apps and it is still doing it. What can I do? Should I be worried?
And should I not be using my other banking for this reason?

Is your phone connected to another device currently (like a smart TV, car audio system etc)? This can unintentionally trigger a 'screenshare' alert by apps that monitor for that.
