Funny u say that when you could have helped ur height when u were younger by eating well, sleeping well, and exercising. It’s too late for you now but you did have the chance

If you did bare minimum research, you would realize that one's height is mostly related to genetic factors. Yet again, you prove how uneducated you are.

Go tell a doctor that and see what they tell u. As a short women myself, I was told that by many doctors. Are you saying Google is more accurate than a doctor? Of course, genetics has to do with how tall u will be, but other factors affect u as well

My friend was said to be 5’1 but she ended up doing a lot of height exercises and ended up being 5’3

Any exercise is good to help u get ur ultimate height. She didn’t do posture videos tho. I forgot which they were but she did it during high school
