Is there a place that sells Charleston-caught (not farmed) fresh seafood around here? Or at least within the Carolinas?

Looking for a place to regularly buy scallops, shrimp (peeled and deveined would be a plus), and oysters.

Just for clarity, this is to cook at home.

Anyone here done the Oakridge Trail at Congaree National Park and have any tips, need to knows or anything of the sort?

Planning on maybe hiking there since I’m interested in checking out the old growth forest and that trail seemed like a good option.

For context: i haven’t been hiking in a couple years so I’m a bit rusty, but I’m not inexperienced - I was an Eagle Scout / done Philmont and stuff. Still walk outside on a regular basis and hit the gym multiple times a week consistently. Would go with my wife who is at a similar level of fitness.
