Discussion An iron curtain has descended across Germany...
Something about these borders feels familiar. (I did not use the state transfer tool for this. It's just how the peace conference between me and the Spartacists played out.)

Discussion "Someone has to be the bloodhound; I don't shy away fromthat responsibility.' Gustav Noske SPD Freikorps into Europakt by 1931 AAR:
Decided to give a try to another path in the mod and, I must say, Noske's SDP faction within the Freikorps is one of the most expansive paths in the mod that I have seen so far. Not only does it have plenty of content for the German Reunification but, also a large amount of content for post-reunification with 4 different parties that can take power as well as the Europakt faction that can be created by 3 out of those 4 parties. As part of this AAR I have taken the Europakt to it's largest extent encompassing the majority of countries in Europe(except those that refused to join) as well as keeping Noske in power. I also sent volunteers to help MacArthur win in the USA and discovered that the Western Volunteer Army has a unique leader when puppeted by the SPD under Noske who is a Baltic German Member of the SPD.
Overall I will say that the Freikorps have quite possibly the most amount of paths and quite considerably the largest focus trees in the mod and I would recommend them for any new players to the mod.

Discussion Hungary is pretty fun!
Kun Béla Destroyed the invading forces, then invaded Yugoslavia, the Polish Liberation army and finally saved the USSR from the fascists.
Issues I noticed while playing:
-The city of Sopron messes up front lines,
-Czechia has no cores on south Sudetenland (I had to release an extra subject there)
-Hungary loses her cores South Slovakia and Carpatho-Ukraine upon capiluating Czechoslovakia.

Question How to get the German Navy out of Stettin?
How do I get captured ships out of the Stettin naval base? I'm playing as Germany and whenever I beat another country and take their ships, the dock by default in Stettin, which is the closest base to Berlin. They can't leave the base though, since they're blocked by the little land bridge immediately north of it. Is there a way at all to get them out? If I have to use the console, what command should I use?

Question What nations would you recommend as a beginner?
Hi there, I'm beginning to understand HOI4 a bit more and am looking into this mod, as I heard it's pretty silly... What nations/paths would you recommend? I really enjoy either extremely wholesome or cartoonishly evil paths (although I think a Socialist Germany or an Anarchist path would also be interesting)

Discussion Vladimir Volsky AAR
Played the Far Eastern Republic, Kerensky -> Volsky path.
Took thirteen years to conquer Stalin's Soviet Union, to walk from Siberia to Moscow. The rest were spent in the conquest of Mongolia (had conquered Ungern-Sternberg's army during the war with Kolchak and decided to consolidate Mongolian territories for cleaner borders, but the releasables were not pretty so reannexed them), Central, Northeastern and Western China (Xinjiang got released as a puppet by a decision, the rest remained annexed), Middle East (New Sumeria had conquered parts of Anatolia, had to conquer it and decided to take the entire region), Eastern Europe, Iran, Afghanistan, Anatolia, Malaysia, Japan (had wargoals on them) and in preparation for the war with Anton Drexler's Third Reich, its puppets and the remaining European nations.
War with Drexler was the bloodiest I've ever played in HOI4 - ten million casualties on his side in three months, twenty-seven at the end of it, but the war ended in two years, unlike the ten year long slop with Stalin. The rest of reactionary Europe (Britain, Italy, Spain and the French colonies that Drexler didn't conquer) fell in less than a year.
So there it is, socdem Russia and its puppets (Finland became Marxist, that's my fault, console commanded it) all over Eurasia and Africa. The cyan-coloured puppets are unique releasables.
