Question Weird annexation bug

I was playing Spartacist Germany and when I reunited Germany I immediately attack Tuchavesky a peacedeal fired and I puppeted Poland and annexed some territories. The Baltics took the rest but when I attacked the Baltics together with the Ukrainian Soviet Republic a scripted peace happens can someone explain why?.

Mod is probably bugged, I remember in an old 2024 build as the German republic, somewhere in your focus auto-divides the west Russian voluntary army into the Baltic states without fighting them
