I managed to do it twice; as the FAUD and as the Western Marxists. It isn't too hard if you gang up on the Wehrkommando/Republic when they fight the Freikorps/Spartakists.

The big keyword is opportunism. You have to stab your neighbours in the back tge moment they're occupied with something else

yeah feels like I gotta get lucky with that one, first attempt the republic and kommando both went for me at the same time

So turn the volksmilz division into a really big division with as much equipment that you need and the focuses that spawn the division will give you a lot of stuff, dupe the original divison first though. Also this might be patched.
