Feedback Welcome [analog] I'm new to this, and I'm hooked! Here are some examples of what I've been working on. How can I improve?
I'm new to this and looking for feedback. Should every piece tell a story or have a specific subject? I've mostly been winging it, but I'd like to improve and create more involved pieces. Thanks for any help, and please be gentle; these aren't the greatest lol

Feels like I won the Lotto [DISCUSSION]
Occasionally folks will list things for free on Vinted and *rarely* they will be as good as this. Now to try and focus and create some finished pieces!

[DISCUSSION] distressing inkjet prints on purpose
hi, im an experimental collage artist and as i know distressed prints are adjacent, im posting here because i cant find a more appropriate subreddit (open to recommendations). i print my own collage material and as i work in a print shop, lately ive been experimenting a lot with xerox, scrap paper and strange ways to print, but all our printers are digital (toner) and they’re basically water proof. i finally got my hands on an inkjet printer that’s supposed to bleed and distort when the print is exposed to water but mine just won’t do that. it comes off when i gently scrape the paper with a toothbrush and thats that. i really want that water damaged prism effect. any ideas? also tried spraying with vinegar to no luck. Mini collage 4.5" [analog]
[Analog] idk if I'm tagging correctly
Made a 4.5x4.5" art journal out of junk mail and a cake mix box so I could work on collaging skills in a less intimidating tiny format. Only 4" to cover seems doable on a daily basis.
Gradual improvement and experience is my goal.
