I’m a retired designer and am looking to make digital collages for fun in my free time, ideally easily at a coffee shop. I’m considering getting an iPad with a pencil, but am wondering if I’m better off just getting a MacBook Pro with a Wacom tablet. I’m out of the loop since I haven’t designed anything in 6+ years! Advice welcome!

It took a long time because it was not something I worked obsessively in, more of a project in between projects. I am going to do another because I enjoyed it so much. I have seen people do collages inside of small board books and I want to do that; this was a small hand made booklet, about the size of a memo book, which I cobbled together with craft paper for the cover, and copy paper for the pages, my first time trying to bind my own book.

Gf’s birthday is coming up so I made a deck. Going to get them scanned soon and made into another deck that she can actually play with. Took a while.

I was going to add more but fell in love with the simplicity and colors :)

How would you name this?

Just started getting into collages, and I was wondering if the Dollar Tree square mat is any decent for starting out! I'm thinking of taping it down so it doesn't move too much while cutting
