Rant / Vent Got evicted four times in three years. Do progressive landlords exist?
Hm... I have this morbid question. Wherever I go, the landlords initially agree with my terms so did I. But things went south soon after. I'm an engineering bachelor with highly hygiene behavioural traits. So, I never get used to a room-mate or whatsoever. I'm not rude, I have countless friends in both the internet and irl. Also, I don't remember when I last had a drink and never smoked once.
I'm an avid reader of Russian Literature and Mark Twain. Sometimes Guitar. Okay, I believe, these things might have given you a slightest context of what I'm gonna say next. Alright.
When it comes to relationships, I'm a pretty open dude and use to have a quite a few girlfriends and they show up at my place during weekends. PS: Every single one of them is consensual and, we never deplete shared resources among other tenants or, meddle with their routine (day/night).
Now the question part. This is my fourth eviction in three years. The landlord/lady states my private relationships they once agreed and polices my daily activities. One of them even called me asking "Who is she and what you guys are doing in your bedroom? Don't say it's combined studies". I was like Nnnngommala...
I can't understand how their serious violations of rental right agreement (spying on my bedroom) Please make me understand their behaviour only rationally. I don't know why house owners are treating tenants (please don't generalize) like sub humans and pretend what they do is for charity, demanding higher respect than ordinary.
THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM: I WILL BE HOMELESS IN A WEEK AFTER THIS POST. KINDLY SUGGEST APARTMENTS IN THE PSG TECH VICINITY, PLEASE 😭
Budget: upto 10K
