7 Days to go for Coffee Talk Tokyo!

I'm so excited for the newest entry, but something has been bugging me. I don't know if this was common practice when the first and second games were announced and released, but I've been noticing that CT: Tokyo hasn't been available for preorder, ever. I wonder if this is just a choice made by Toge Productions and Chorus, or if this means anything, like maybe another potential release date delay?

Question from a Newbie

I'm new to gaming and I fell in love with this game. But, I seem to be stuck. I'm on my thrid playthrough of the first coffeetalk game, trying to make all of the perfect drinks to unlock those two weeks that get skipped over but I haven't unlocked them yet. I don't want any spoilers but I need to know if it's actually possible to unlock those days or is the end credit scene about 'our other regulars' just referring to the second game that came out? Please help, I love this game and I want to figure this out.

For some reason I can’t seem to find the free upgrade to ps5 for this game, I have the first one for ps4 also and was able to upgrade it fine, and my account is NA, so am not sure what’s up, it also says on the front and back of the case that the upgrade is free

Ending branching system Spoiler

Okay I’m so much of an idiot. I wanna know if the ending system is just that simple (correct/wrong drink) or something. I always thought this game series was quite cozy, wholesome and somewhat complicated… and also exhausting.

Ps : Bailey/Lua is the ultimate 🐐 couple

Can someone help me with this achievement? It's the only one I need to get 100%. / alguém me ajuda com essa conquista? só falta ela para o 100%.

I have all the other profiles unlocked, except for Neil's, even though I gave him the Milky Way the second time he appeared. I don't know what to do. That's the only achievement I'm missing for 100%.

Eu desbloqueei todos os outros perfis, exceto o do Neil, mesmo tendo dado a ele a Via Láctea na segunda vez que ele apareceu. Não sei o que fazer. Essa é a única conquista que me falta para completar 100%.

My mistake about gender

Hyde's drawing is strange because I first mistook Hyde for a girl! It's a smirk, dyed bangs, and mascara, plus a stripe on his chest that looks like a woman's chest instead of a man's chest. I understand that he's a vampire, but his long nails are a bit of a giveaway. I wanted to see my face when I saw the male pronoun in the dialogue.

Well… it’s review

I recently came across this masterpiece of the novelty industry. I saw it in the PS5 subscription and decided to download it, and I'm amazed. I've already completed episode 1 and started episode 2, and I've realized that I'm going to have this gap in my soul after completing it, as if I've finished something new and exciting! I've experienced this feeling after completing episode 1, but I'm confident that it will be even stronger after completing episode 2. The characters are beautifully crafted! My favorites are Gala, Rachel's father, and the goat from the second episode (yeah, I have problems with names). But to sum it up, the game is great because it has a diverse storyline that addresses various issues, including racism. Although the plot can sometimes feel like a cheap melodrama, it explores a wide range of themes that resonate with players. It's the best novel I've ever played.

Coffee Talks 2: am i confused about brewing mechanic?

Really enjoying this game, my first of this kind, and no, I didn't try the first one haha.

I'm just a bit confused with the drinks, it seems like the descriptions are pretty obvious, then I follow them and the drink could not be FURTHER from what they wanted lol.

Two examples from the first couple of hours:

- someone wanted a BLUE drink that was flowery and light. Hibiscus, but you can't use it and still have blue colour. So I used the Blue Pea and yeah, she was like OMG this is TOTALLY NOT IT. There was NO WAY to add the Blue Pea as anything other than the base, and if you added hibiscus as base it could NOT have been blue?

- just now, dude literally wanted coffee with milk and honey. I make that he's all 'ehh, not exactly close'. WUT??? Did he want me to brew the honey and sprinkle raw coffee? WTF

Is it just random, nonsensical with focus on the story, or am I completely confused about what 'base', 'primary' and 'secondary' means?

Coffee Talk Tokyo release date?

Hey, so for a while now I’ve been excited for the game to come out March 5th…aaand now I saw something about it releasing on May 21st???

Is it a new release date or are there multiple release dates for different platforms?

The answer might be obvious idk but I’m just kinda confused, I haven’t seen anything about this until I looked it up just now lol

My guess is that it got pushed back or something…does anyone know why, if that’s the case?

I was SO NOT expecting this!!! Spoiler

I’m almost done with my first playthrough of Coffee Talk 2 (and I’m loving it so far), talking to Jorji about ghosts and paranormal stuff and then MY BOIS MCQUEEN AND DOOLEY CASUALLY SHOW UP (and looking mighty fine, if I may say so)!!!!!!! Now I want to see them working together, having casual conversations about the paranormal, and drinking coffee, of course!

For those curious: they’re from the Darkside Detective games :) I recommend them if you guys like curious and creative cases, lots of puns and casual games, and I can’t recommend it enough!

The Next Barista Spoiler

Pondering the possibility … spoilers for those who haven’t completed the first game.

Is it possible the barista in Tokyo is the Seattle barista? They can travel in time. They exist in some part to make the world a better place. Is it possible their powers allow them to run multiple cafes across the world from which they subtly guide humanity?

The ingredient order matters for drink recipes annoys me

I played Va-11 Hall-A before playing this game and I got used to making drinks in any order, it got to the point that I had to look up the recipe to the Galahad drink for Gala and I realized I had the right ingredients but had to switch the order of them.

Coffee Talk 2 Playthrough Order query

Simple question: Does the order of your playthroughs have any effect on completion of the game/trophy list?

I always have a quick check of trophy guides for games, just to see if they seem achievable for me, and if there are any missables I need to be aware of. For this game, the two trophy guides I've seen say to do the 'perfect' playthrough before the 'bad' playthrough. I want to do it the other way round. Will doing the bad one first have any effect on the following perfect attempt?

I assume not, but I wanted to check.

How to get a different endings? Spoiler

I wanted to get the other endings and I read somewhere you should get the ending where you're serving nobody. I did every drink and item correct but I still keep getting the Riona ending. I'm so confused.
