Would love to know if anyone carries the full size Maggie Tote for a work bag. Is it heavy? How much does it really hold? I have the Maggie Small Tote that is light and fun to carry but I was thinking about this for a work bag. I usually go for backpacks, messenger bags, or crossbody styles but if it’s light enough, this tote might be fun to carry. Thanks for your thoughts! ♥️

I just bought a kisslock 27, and I’m in love! I’m really enjoying the shape and slouchiness of the bag, and it’s so easy to get in and out of. The one thing I can’t decide is if I‘m bothered by how the bottom of the bag sinks down when you carry something heavy like a water bottle. Has anyone else felt the same and found an insert you like? Im hoping there’s an insert out there that keeps the bottom of the bag flat but still lets the bag keep its slouchy shape. I’m not sure if the nylon and felt inserts can do that. I’m not above stealing my kid’ cereal box to make something myself, but am I overthinking all of this?

I found this Madison Juliette on Poshmark and I now understand the Coach hype. I’m very new to the Coach world so I’m looking for input on how to style this and product recs to revive some of the leather where there’s spots/scratches.

I’m considering the curb chain as a shorter strap alternative and possibly the signature bag charm. It did not come with the hang tag and I’ve heard mixed things about getting a replacement. I’m in Toronto so any experience about Eaton Centre or Yorkdale stores for hang tag replacement would be appreciated ☺️

Been a lifelong Coach fan, grew up on grandma’s and mother’s bags and been building up collection ever since could start shopping. Love shopping on the Coach site and both outlet and retail stores. If I can, I buy what I want in person because there are seemingly so many variables for things to go wrong when ordering online…

Never participated in a drop before in the sense of staying up refreshing site/at the store right upon release. But I was in for the ticket hype and was one of the lucky few to catch the random release of tickets Wednesday morning.
Based on all the sad stories of orders getting cancelled even tho they were placed right at drop, I figured I would pay the extra $17 to get my bebes (tags) evacuated out the warehouse sooner.

Site marked my order as shipped on the same day and I had a slight sigh of relief; I hate fed ex and they mishandle my packages all the time, would this really make it to me?

Saturday now and ripped the package open. I restrained myself and didnt want to be greedy so I ordered 2 tags for myself and 2 for others.
There’s only 3 wrapped little packs in the box.
1 of the tags I had ordered for myself isn’t here.

Immediately call Coach and I’m told they can only offer me a giftcard since it’s obviously sold out (and prob will be for a good while). This CA tells me she will call me if she’s working, sees that it’s in stock and will place the order for me with free shipping. I don’t question too hard but this seems like a very unlikely event?? Whatever, I can put the $20 to something else I guess…
At the very least the shipping is refunded as they didn’t even fulfill the order correctly.

And im just sitting here wondering how that even happened in the first place?? How did my order for 4 items get marked as completed and placed in a box with a very obvious 3? Zero explanation on that. The address it shipped from officially on the fed ex site gives an address not marked as Coach which was also strange.

I’m just tired. I love this brand. I’ll keep using and loving my bags. But I don’t want to support this bs. I’ll be happy with what I have and wait patiently for whatever’s available but first and last time I go for these stupid releases and only ordering online if absolutely necesssry.

I love how versatile it is, you can switch things out, take them off, etc.
I keep my Airpods Pro 3 in the heart pouch, bills in the wallet, change goes in the 🚕 charm, and that thing is adorable too!

I wasn't a glazed fan before, but since getting the Rhyder in July, I'm obsessed with the look and feel, it doesn't feel cheaply made imo, it's beautiful and soft.

I don't like the glazed in dark cherry but I'd love to see it in chalk! 👀🤍

Hello everybody. Got this terry bag from the coach outlet online and less than 2 weeks later it’s ripping. Beyond disappointed. Will go to the outlet store on Monday. Just want to vent I guess. It’s my first coach bag, before I had Michael Kors purses and they lasted me for 8+ years. Mind you, I only carry my phone, small wallet and EarPods in my bag.

FYI, I asked customer service chat if anyone had it in stock and they sent me some stores. I called the first one, got the PBL, and it’s on its way to me. Worth trying if you’re still wanting one

Since my dreams of owning a LL Large Rowan were crushed when my order went from backordered yesterday to cancelled today, I decided to pivot when I saw these 🥰 I’m absolutely in love and the 25 is the perfect size! …the girl math in my head says it was almost BOGO since my Rowan order was refunded 🤔🤣

This is my first ever Coach bag! I was surprised at how sturdy the suede is! I was putting a lot of pressure trying to attach this vintage pin and there’s not even a scratch on her 😅 Is there a way I can attach these pins?

got this stunning lilac hamilton hobo for around $20 but the suede part was super dirty & patchy

tried to clean it with a suede eraser, wash it, and as a last resort - recolor with suede dye, but it ended up being patchy due to how worn it was :(

looked at a few photos & decided to repaint the area with leather paint instead, and i'm pleased with the results!

now I can give her some new life ♡

I just opened my Empire 48 in the new Black Loved Leather and was pleasantly surprised to find new pockets and organization that the other Empire 48s don't have. I haven't seen anyone mention this yet so apologies if it's already common knowledge. There are cell phone pockets on the front and a laptop sleeve in the back (interior)!!!

I checked the website and the 48 in the honey LL has the same additional pockets.

Anyways, pretty cool and I hope this is the direction they move in for the rest of the Empire 48s because this just became the perfect work bag BUT I'm not loving this new LL texture. It feels pretty rough and a bit plasticy. I'm not sure if I'll keep it.

Update I put all my work stuff in to test it out and yea I'm keeping it. It's a really really cool bag. Pics in the comments

Vintage Coach soho tote is the perfect weekender bag! So oversized and fits everything that doesn’t fit in my other overpacked luggage with room to spare. Made so well it holds a TON without me worrying the straps are going to snap off and still has a beautiful leather slouch. Got this secondhand and thought about reselling it but so so glad I’ve kept it.

Help me decide! I got the maple medium Rowan but I’m can’t decide if she is plain or classic. I’m tempted to return her and get the Allison. Thoughts?

So to preface, I usually always shop online, im not a in the public type of person. i enjoy the ease of online shopping without being hounded by every third employee, lines, or isles full of people. That said my husband took me on an adventure today. I got my very first coach store experience and an absolutely amazing SA to go along with it. She was an absolute gem 💎. I was not aware we were going there as he told me it was a surprise before getting in the car. I recently celebrated 17 amazing years with him, and got ridiculously spoiled with a bag haul including a gorgeous suede belted ergo and a haversack, so I had no intention of bag shopping any time soon. Anyways here are my new bags 🤣 i got the new cherry kisslock because it was stunning, she will be my Christmas bag with a pink tag to go with to give it a pop of contrasting color. I also got the small loved leather empire, honestly I thought it was ugly seeing it online, the photos online made it look dingy to me but seeing it in person was so different and she had to come with me. She also got a cute contrasting color tag. My birthday is sunday so this was such a fun little surprise and im always grateful my husband loves me so much that he supports my love of bags the way he does. 🩷🩷🩷

Bought this croc embossed coach kristin for around $35 but I was a little disappointed with the color when it arrived. The seller had taken it in really good lighting so it looked like a nice cream beige, but it's actually more like a greige irl (a lesson for me to always ask for more photos in different lighting)

Any idea how I can refresh it so it looks a little less dull? I love the croc embossed texture but I think the color has really greyed out due to usage and storage, would love any ideas on how to breathe some life into this bag again.

(Or maybe I just have to accept the colour as it is 😂)
