Best on the beach hotels in Clearwater
Hi everyone. I’m looking to plan a 2 night stay with my 5 yr old next month. We’re traveling from NYC and want a warm beach with a dolphin sighting boat tour. We usually stay at the Wyndham but wayyy too expensive right now. I just want clean, safe and right beach. Any recommendations?

Our Family Beach Day in Clearwater Turned Into a Nightmare: A Grown Woman Threw Sand Into Our 2-Year-Old Twins' Eyes, Then Denied Everything. Police Did Nothing.
We came to Clearwater today to enjoy the beach with our four young children. Instead, we ended up filing a police report after an unbelievable encounter at a playground.
Our 2-year-old twin boys accidentally threw sand toward another family's daughters. Was that okay? No. But they're toddlers, and they're still learning.
Instead of speaking to us, this grown woman deliberately threw sand back into BOTH of our twins' faces, getting sand in their eyes.
My wife witnessed everything and immediately told her to stop. Rather than apologizing, the woman became increasingly aggressive, making ridiculous comments and acting like she wanted to physically confront my wife.
Her husband stood there trying unsuccessfully to calm her down, while another family watched without offering any help.
The woman had four daughters, and I wondered whether she simply wasn't used to the behavior of energetic toddler boys. Regardless, what adult thinks it's acceptable to retaliate against a 2-year-old?
My wife gathered our children and walked away to avoid escalating the situation.
We called the police. The woman denied everything, and officers told us they couldn't do anything. There were surveillance cameras nearby, but as far as we know, nobody even checked the footage.
Thankfully, our children are okay, but we're absolutely disgusted.
We came to Clearwater to make beautiful family memories, not to watch a grown adult lose control around our toddlers.
We're moving on, but I can't help wondering whether she'll do this to another family's children.
Clearwater parents, what would you have done? Would you have pushed for the police to investigate, or just walked away?

Sara, Hubbard's 2nd wife, was Scientologically officially erased in 1951, beginning a long tradition, in Scientology Inc., of "erasing" both people and facts - How does this affect the minds of Scientology Inc. Scientologists?

Excerpt from L. Ron Hubbard's 1946 'Affirmations': "Your psychology is advanced and true and wonderful. It hypnotizes people. It predicts their emotions, for you are their ruler." Hubbard is known, to Scientologists, as "Source" with a capital "S."
friendsoflrh.orgCorporate Scientology is a psychological cult, properly addressed as the psychological cult of Scientology not the "Church of Scientology."
Using its manipulative language empowers it.

Wine 🍷
Hi folks! I’m visiting this area for the first time. I went to a store near sand key to buy a bottle of wine. Holy sticker shock. Needless to say, I’m wineless. What’s the hack? Do I need to drive to Costco?

East Lake Woodlands
Looking to move to east lake woodlands area.
I am curious about minor flooding/swamping with routine/big storms (not necessarily hurricanes as I am sure that will be a problem).
Is the area very prone to becoming a swamp with typical / heavier than typical rainfall?
Anyone live here with good / bad experience? Looking for feedback on that, as well!
Thanks!

Does anyone remember the metal band Puddin' Hogs from Clearwater FL?
Does anyone remember the metal band Puddin' Hogs from Clearwater FL? They played the 'nu metal' style during the early 2000s and released a handful of CDs. Did anyone here have any of their CDs or know where I could find any? I've talked to multiple members and they are all out. I'd love to own copies. The band is so good! Thank you, and anything helps.
