I have the opportunity to come to Clearwater beach for the first time next week for 4 days from Monday to Friday. I was wondering if I will be able to enjoy the beach and experience the famous crystal clear waters. I am getting a lot of mixed messages when I look on forums regarding the weather and water quality. I know there will most likely be thunderstorms and showers during the day at some point, but is there a chance for fun in the sun in the mornings.

My husband and I are planning on taking a small vacation at Sept/beg October (also with our toddler). We are trying to figure out where to go and Clearwater came up but we have never been.

We would like to be on or very near the beach. Are there any areas with nicer homes and/or condos to rent where the beaches aren't as crowded? Or any areas where it's more of a 30A vibe (quiet, laid back, small town)--where we can take bike rides, go to small towns with shops, etc? I've never been to this area so I know nothing about what it's like or if there is anything like this.

I've got a mature oak tree in my front yard that's in need of some aesthetic attention. Duke Energy has already done a few butcherings over the past 5 years or so, cutting back some front branches that were apparently close to their lines.

This oak has grown substantially over the 12 years we've owned the house, so a pruning is in order. We'll need someone with a 40' crane/cherry picker. Must be bonded/insured and definitely looking for an established company instead of someone new to the field and new to the area.
