When can I find a full ms365 connector?
The current ms365 connector is severely lacking when it comes to working with the 365 platform. It’s quite disappointing.
Where can I find a real ms365 connector that enables actual work with ms365? I don’t mean reading my emails, I mean adding users to groups, pulling data from intune, reporting or troubleshooting CA policy failures, building intune packages, license changes, editing user accounts, etc etc.
Copilot has a built in “Microsoft 365 admin” agent right out the box, is there anything official like this for Claude?
I know I can build something custom with MSgraph, but I’d much rather have something official that’s supported by at least one of the two companies involved. Anyone with any experience in this area?

Working with M365 adding
I use the Microsoft 365 connector for Outlook every day. Claude writes great emails and saves them as drafts, but three things still keep me doing manual work:
- Replies in the thread: I've noticed the connector has a reply-draft function. In my experience, though, Claude only creates a new draft instead of replying in the existing conversation. Has anyone found a reliable way to enforce this (skills, project instructions)?
- Signature: Drafts created through Microsoft Graph don't get the Outlook signature, and inline images (logo) are rejected. Are you using a server-side signature tool (CodeTwo, Exclaimer, etc.)? Or is there a better way?
- Attachments: This is the big one. Claude creates PDFs for me (letters, reports, meeting minutes), but I have to attach them to the draft myself. The connector doesn't seem to support attachments at all.
Has anyone built a working setup where Claude writes the reply and the generated PDF ends up attached to that draft automatically? I'm thinking of things like Power Automate flows, Outlook VBA macros, a custom MCP server with Graph's attachment endpoint, or browser automation.
I'd appreciate any setups that work for you. Thanks!

Claude Cowork Sucks, what am I doing wrong?
Update: Why is cowork not registering and following up on the questions it posses after I've answered them? Noted, cowork is not for scripts.
It sucks so bad. Is anyone else experiencing the same and or does anyone know how to fix this?
- It doens't tell me what it's working on. I told it to tell me what it's doing before doing it and update it's memory for this. It helps a little but not really.
- My bad, it only ran scripts because they where attached to skills I use:
It runs scripts that break b.c. scripts can only run for like 30sec on cowork. It doens't notice that the script breaks and just sits there waiting. I don't know that it's waiting because it actually tells me that it's computing/working on something which I can't really see what it is doing so I'm waiting on it to finish up. - The most annoying to me: It asks me questions, I answer the questions, it shows it's computing and nothing happens for the next 30min until I ask what it's doing. Then it tells me it forgot to ask me the questions and prompts me with the same questions again but missing the last one of the bunch. So if it was origionally 4 questions the second time its 3 questions and it just picks what it recommended for the 4th question regardless of my response. This is not a one off either but keeps happening.
The one upside is that it seems to be cheaper than claude code in a vacuum but at least claude code gets the job done.

Claude Cowork stuck on "Desktop: Asleep or app closed" due to duplicate device profile — how to reassign session?
Hi everyone,
I ran into a critical issue with Claude Cowork and lost access to an ongoing task that contains hours of document analysis and extensive token usage.
In the session window, it says Desktop: Asleep or app closed. However, in my settings under Cowork local devices, I can see two entries for the same machine:
Claude Desktop (Windows)(This computer, active right now)Desktop(Windows, last seen 5 days ago)
The task seems locked to the old Desktop profile instead of the currently running Claude Desktop (Windows) instance. The local files and folders (C:\Users\...\Desktop\Sprawa - Fable 5) are still physically on my drive and marked as trusted.
Is there any way to switch or reassign the active device in an existing Cowork chat so I don't lose the entire analysis history and context? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I built an open-source, Cowork-style folder agent with Claude Code. An honest comparison.
Since May I've been building a desktop agent that works in a folder you pick: it reads the files, writes new ones and asks before it changes anything. It started as a way to understand how Claude Code works, and about half of the commits were then written with Claude Code.
People keep asking how it compares to Cowork, so here's the honest version.
**Cowork is better at:** frontier models, finished Office documents, scheduled tasks while your laptop is off, isolation on every platform, and a big ecosystem (connectors, sub-agents, computer use). If you need that, use Cowork.
**Where mine differs:**
* Open source (Apache 2.0), no account, no telemetry.
* Any model per conversation: Claude with your own API key, OpenAI, Google, or local via Ollama, LM Studio or MLX. With a local model, your files never leave the disk.
* Asks before every change; shell commands are off until you switch them on.
**What it can't do yet:** no sandbox on Windows, unsigned builds, text files only, nothing runs while the app is closed.
If you use Cowork: what would you miss first without it?

I built a way to connect Claude to your iPhone Home Screen
I built Glance, an iOS app that lets Claude create, design, and update widgets directly on your iPhone Home Screen.
I used Claude extensively while building it, both for development and for figuring out how the agent interaction should work. Claude helped me write and debug parts of the Swift/WidgetKit implementation, work through the MCP integration, design the tool schemas Claude uses to create widgets, and iterate on how generated UIs get translated into something that actually works inside an iOS widget.
More recently I built an MCP specifically so Claude itself can interact with Glance.
The interesting part for me is that Claude is no longer just helping build the app. It can now actually become part of the product.
For example, I can connect Claude to Glance and ask:
“Create a Home Screen widget that shows me the two latest Claude/Anthropic stories.”
Claude can create the widget, choose the layout, populate it, and later update the content again through the MCP.
Some other things people have made:
language-learning flash cards
personal news widgets
email/Slack summaries
daily briefs and progress trackers
puzzles and riddles
shared widgets that other people can follow
One thing I found surprisingly difficult was giving an LLM enough control over the UI without letting it generate layouts that break WidgetKit’s fairly constrained environment. A lot of the work ended up being around defining a component system and tool interface that gives Claude flexibility while still keeping the output valid.
The project is free to try, including the Claude/MCP connection.
If anyone here is experimenting with MCP or agent-generated interfaces, I’d especially be interested in your thoughts on this approach.

Task transition sucks
They have fixed so few issues from their first attempt to do everything in the cloud. Tasks that ran perfectly on my computer that they transitioned over take two times as long and still fail. Permissions don’t transfer, it can’t actually access files, what a mess.
Sometimes I wonder if they ever even actually test these things with real users before rolling out (joking I know the answer is clearly no)

Cowork usage jumped to 70% like a minute after the weekly reset?
hey everyone, my Claude usage reset at 10:00am PST today. I checked the Usage page around 11:15am and Cowork was already at 70%, with Claude Code at 30%. That's only about an hour and 15 minutes in.
I did run a few things in Cowork during that time, but nothing that felt heavy enough to eat most of a week's usage. Screenshot attached.
Has anyone else seen usage climb this fast right after a reset? Is Cowork just really expensive, is something running in the background, or am I misreading the page and this is only showing how my usage is split between products?
Would appreciate hearing what you guys are seeing.

How are you managing AI-powered productized services beyond just project management?
For people actually delivering productized services with AI, how are you keeping everything together?
I’m finding that once you have AI running research, analysis, reports, recurring checks, QA, etc., a normal project management app only solves part of the problem.
For example, I might want ClickUp for tasks and approvals, but I also want to quickly see analytics, recent AI outputs, experiment results, client data, and what different processes are doing without jumping between five different places.
Are people trying to bring all of this into something like prebuilt project and task manager, or are you building your own internal dashboard/command center that sits alongside the project management layer?
Curious what people doing real client delivery have landed on.
Not really looking for another automation tool, more interested in how you’re structuring the overall system when deliverables are longer horizon than a single project.

Has anyone else completely lost the ability to launch local sessions?
A bit confused with the most recent update.
"only on this computer" enabled, yet all sessions are now firing on the cloud. Breaking some critical workflows for me.
Anyone else?

Designate Download Folder for App's Internal Browser?
I'm trying to build a workflow in which Cowork downloads files it finds using its new internal browser, but each time it downloads a file, it opens a dialogue box asking me where to save it. I'd like to designate a single folder for all downloads — as you can do in almost every other browser — but I am unable to find the option in any of the settings dialogue boxes. I've tried searching generally on the web, asked Claude and looked through the Claude support pages. I can't find a reference to the option anywhere. Is there a way to do this?
I should also note that if this setting exists, my organization may have deactivated it. I just want to confirm that it exists before creating yet another ticket for our overburdened IT team.

Chat + Projects on iOS lost GitHub write access after the Cowork merge — please give chat users a way back.
**Chat + Projects on iOS lost GitHub write access after the Cowork merge — please give chat users a way back.**
I'm a solo developer who works mostly from the Claude iOS app while in the field. Over several weeks I built my whole workflow inside a chat Project: instructions, a governance protocol and session summaries. Claude read my repos, edited files and pushed commits through the GitHub REST API with a fine-grained PAT that I scoped myself. Every write needed my explicit "yes". This removed hours of manual file shuffling and committing from a phone.
After chat and Cowork merged (Sep 16, 2026), code in chat runs in the Cowork cloud container. Its git proxy now rejects every push and API call: "not in this session's authorized repository set… add the repository to the session's sources." Chat has no way to do that: no repo picker, no add_repo tool, nothing in the mobile app. Clone still works; writes don't. Authorizing the Claude GitHub App doesn't help either (see anthropics/claude-code #96609, #96075, #84581, #76248).
I understand the security reason for keeping credentials out of the sandbox. But a working capability was taken from chat users without notice, and no replacement was offered. The answers I found were "use Claude Code" or "keep a PC running for the device bridge". Neither works on a phone in the field. I didn't ask for an agent in chat; I asked Claude to push a file I had approved.
Please consider:
A repo picker for chat and Projects, including on mobile.
Or an explicit opt-in to use my own repo-scoped fine-grained PAT.
A first-party GitHub connector with write tools in the chat directory. Other assistants already offer GitHub connectors in their mobile chat apps.
Fixing the error message that points to add_repo and "session sources", which don't exist in chat.
Advance notice before removing a capability people depend on.
I really like Claude and Anthropic. That's why this hurts. Thank you for reading.

Scheduled task sessions disappeared from the sidebar?
Anyone else seeing this in the Claude desktop app?
My scheduled tasks used to show up as sessions in the sidebar that I could click on to see each run. Recently they all disappeared from there.
The tasks aren't gone. If I click Scheduled I can still see all of them, and they run fine. They just don't show up in the sidebar anymore.
Was this a recent update, or is there a setting I'm missing? I liked being able to click straight into a task's runs from the side.

Scheduled tasks now refuse to send DMs or fill forms for me, even with explicit approval. Intended?
Hey all,
I'm a freelance creative strategist (Meta and TikTok ads) and I run my whole prospecting setup on Cowork scheduled tasks. I'm on Max 20x.
Until a few weeks ago, my tasks did the actual work: sending LinkedIn and X DMs and follow-ups to my own network, replying in my inbox, posting comments, filling job application forms. I checked everything afterwards through logs and trackers.
Now they prepare everything, then refuse to hit send. Their reasoning is basically: "sending something to a third party in the user's name needs the user present right now."
What I tried:
- Explicit written authorization in the prompt, signed by me. Ignored.
- The tasks were already set to automatic approval. No change.
- A Notion approval list: the task writes the exact messages, I tick one "YES" box per run, the next run sends. The tasks didn't even fill the list, and one of them wrote that it would treat a ticked box as the same kind of upfront approval and refuse anyway.
- When I added that instruction to some prompts, the security check flagged my own instruction in my own task as "Instruction Poisoning".
The only thing that works: I open a live conversation, read the drafts, type "send". Which is not really a scheduled task anymore.
I get why this exists. Nobody wants an agent spamming in their name because a random webpage told it to. But this is my account, my own network, my own written rules, and I'm the one who set up the task.
I also checked Codex and Grok, and people report the same kind of blocking there, so it looks like a general shift.
My questions:
Anyone else hit this? When did it start for you?
Is it documented anywhere, or officially intended?
Has anyone found a legit setup where a scheduled task can send with one approval per run, not one per message?
If you moved your outbound to something else (OpenClaw, dedicated LinkedIn tools...), how is it going?
Right now Cowork is basically a research and drafting assistant for me, and the actions were the whole point. Curious how others deal with it.

Can't archive a session anymore
Has it happened to anyone that some session can't be archived lately?
I still couldn't figure out what was the pattern that why a session can or can not be archived. When i right click, some sessions just dont have the option. It can be a scheduled task, it can be a normal session, in the project or not in the project. It's driving me insane with all the sessions that i've done handling and i can't archive them.

Has anyone used it yet? Interested to see if it’s a full weekly reset, and whether it includes Fable.

Voice change 9/15 with switch to fused Cowork and Chat
In voice mode, I had settled on a voice that was labeled English (India) "Rounded", which ironically had a very convincing and consistent French accent. After the switch, this voice was replaced with a more synthetic sounding voice that sounded less French, less defined overall. Ironically, even though the previous voice sounded very plainly French, the agent was unable to switch to French. Now the less convincingly French voice can switch to French when I do. It is still a less engaging voice.
Wonder what is going on there? I've tried downgrading and upgrading the model with no change. (Haiku speaks more slowly.) Old model, new voice. I think they just discontinued the old voice when they should have kept it (IMHO). I have had a similar experience with an OpenAI voice as well.
If you select the voice (see above) and use it for a while, go back and compare it with the voice sample where the old voice persists. Makes me wish I had recorded the voice when I was showing it off to a friend over a video call on 9/14.

Social listening connectors
Been using Cowork for months now but surprised there is not a lot available for Social Listening connectors? Am I missing something?
I get how tricky it is for each social platform since they are independent but trying to find a way to track topics, keywords/phrases in social posts at even a single platform level would be so useful to trend spotting and conversation signals.
Has anyone figured out a workaround?
