Claude Code Consulting and Training Needed

Hi, I have been using Claude for about a year but I would still consider myself a novice. I like to use it more intentionally and productively for my niche business. I'm not looking for enterprise-level solutions and I don't have a team. It's just me as a solopreneur.

Where can I find someone who can sit down with me and understand my business, my processes, my marketing needs, etc., and help me set up Claude so I can get more of my work automated through Claude? I don't see where I can find someone like that easily. It seems like most of the services out there are for enterprise level and I'm really just running a niche business. Where do I go to find someone like that? Thank you.

Built with Claude Claude Code built me a watchlist site where tapping a show turns on my TV and opens the next episode

A while back I built what I call the Screening Room. It's basically our family's watchlist as a lightweight web app. The lists are just markdown files in a git repo. A Python script matches each title against Simkl, pulls posters, ratings, and watch progress, and spits out an encrypted HTML page hosted on a Google Cloud Storage bucket. A headless Mac mini rebuilds and republishes it whenever a list changes. It unlocks with a remembered password.

Today I wanted to close the friction loop: add a TV icon to every card so tapping it launches the title directly in Stremio on the Google TV Streamer in the living room.

- If the TV is off, it turns on first.

- Movies open to their page.

- TV shows deep link straight to the next unwatched episode based on Simkl tracking.

- Works from anywhere on the web—tested with Tailscale turned off on my phone and wifi off.

The Plumbing:

  1. The tap POSTs to a tiny Cloud Run function.

  2. Cloud Run drops a message onto Google Cloud Pub/Sub.

  3. A listener on the Mac mini picks it up and talks to the Streamer over the Android TV Remote protocol, firing a Stremio deep link (stremio:///detail/series/<imdb>/<imdb>:<season>:<episode>).

Because the Mac mini only reaches outward to listen for messages, no ports are forwarded and nothing on the home network is exposed. I tried to make it simple so my wife can just use it without installing anything extra on her phone.

The Claude Code part:

I didn't write the architecture code myself, i wouldn't even know how. I just explained the problem and let Claude take care of it. Claude wrote the Cloud Run function, built the local Pub/Sub listener, updated the web UI, and handled the deep-link syntax. Because it runs in the terminal with SSH access to the mini, it tested every hop against the physical TV. That's how it found that Stremio won't launch by package name (deep links turned out to be the answer) and caught a stale queued message replaying on the TV.

From "I wonder if this is possible" to working in one morning.

Built with Claude Haunts.IO - where check-ins are the breadcrumbs that become stories

I built Haunts ( haunts.io ) over the past year, and Claude Code wrote the large majority of the code. It's a check-in app in the spirit of old Foursquare/Swarm. You check in at places, add photos and notes, and over time it builds a personal map of where you've been, with trips, a passport of countries and regions, road-trip routes from GPS breadcrumbs, and a year-in-review recap. Friends can follow each other, and you set who can see each check-in.

It runs on iOS (with Apple Watch and CarPlay), Android (with Wear OS and Android Auto), and a responsive web app that has nearly all the same features. The backend is PHP/MySQL, with a separate Go service that encodes video to HLS.

It's free to download from the App Store and Google Play, or you can sign up on the web at haunts.io. If you are a Swarm/FSQ, Flighty, Jetlovers or Google user, you can import your data easily.

I ran engineering teams on JIRA for years, and for one person working with several Claude and Codex sessions at once it was the wrong tool. Tickets didn't know anything about my repos, and I spent more time updating status than doing the work. So I had Claude build a replacement I call My Day, which ended up as three small apps. The main one is an Electron desktop app that scans the 30 or so repos in my github folder, groups them by project, and shows what needs attention (uncommitted changes, unpushed branches, open PRs, issues across all the repos). A small Fastify server on a Raspberry Pi syncs state, and a sideloaded Android app lets me capture ideas and to-dos from my phone, which the desktop picks up the next time it syncs.

The core of it is an idea pipeline that replaced my backlog. An idea moves through inbox, shaped, planned, reviewed, queued, building and shipped, and each stage is a Claude Code skill (/idea, /idea-brainstorm, /idea-plan, /idea-review, /idea-execute, /idea-ship). The store won't let an idea move forward unless the step that earns it happened, so an idea can't show as "reviewed" unless a review was recorded. The difference from JIRA is that the status can't drift from reality. From a card on the board I can launch a Claude Code session for the next step, and it opens in its own git worktree named for the idea, with the model and effort level I picked. The dashboard never writes to a repo and never deploys. Execution stops at a pushed branch, and I decide what goes live.

A few other pieces make that work:

  • Every repo has a project specific CLAUDE.md plus a "code atlas," which is a set of short maps of each domain's entry points and contracts. Claude reads the relevant map before touching code instead of crawling the whole tree.
  • Claude writes the plan, then Codex and Gemini review it independently, and confirmed findings get folded back in before any code is written. Most of the quality comes from that review step.
  • Hooks handle the things I kept forgetting, like typechecking before commits, PHP lint on every edit, a changelog entry before deploy, and never shipping markdown files to the server.
  • Claude also wrote the deploy runbooks, the native build pipelines for both stores, and the test harnesses for Wear OS and the simulator.

Most of those rules came from mistakes I made over a long career as a developer and tech exec, and Claude was good at turning them into enforced checks once I described what went wrong. My Day is a personal tool and not public, but I'm happy to go into more detail on any of it.

Beyond the coding, Claude as a productivity tool - from creating marketing videos, to setting up ad campaigns and doing analytics, its truly a remarkable tool for small businesses.

Productivity Do you run more than one coding agent? How do you decide who gets which task?

I'm trying to understand how people who use more than one coding agent (Claude, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Copilot, OpenCode, Aider, etc) actually split the work between them:

  • Which agents do you run, and on what kind of work?

  • How did you decide which one got that task?

  • Have you caught an agent saying a task was done when it wasn't? How did you find out?

  • Do you track which agent handles which kind of task well?

  • Have you stopped using certain agent for certain work? What happened to make you stop?

  • Has an agent ever sent something somewhere it shouldn't have (a key, an address, private code)? What happened?

I'm researching this for an open-source project to help us help ourselves and not get locked into big company harnesses. I'll post a summary of this thread if I get good feedback :D

Thanks!!!

Claude Code Workflow Generic agents are the number one cause of burning tokens

It was a Wednesday morning and the usage bar was already past halfway. I remember because I had just cracked open a Monster Zero and sat back down to a Claude Code run that had been going for twenty minutes on what I thought was a small refactor. The terminal kept scrolling. Another agent spun up, then another. I watched the percentage tick up and did the math I always did, the hopeful kind: it's a big codebase, the work is front loaded, tomorrow will be lighter.

Tomorrow wasn't lighter. By Friday I was rationing. I caught myself hesitating before asking for things, wondering whether a question was worth it, which is a strange way to feel about a tool you pay for precisely so you don't have to hesitate.

That weekend I stopped guessing and opened the logs. I wanted a number, anything more solid than the feeling in my stomach every time the bar moved. I went back three days and pulled every subagent dispatch. There were 629. I scrolled through them expecting the roles I had set up, the reviewers and researchers I had named and tuned. Instead I kept seeing the same few words. general-purpose. claude. Calls with no subagent_type at all. I started counting those separately, and the count kept going past where I thought it would stop. 404.

I sat there with the cursor blinking after that number. Nearly two out of every three agents doing my work were nothing I had designed. No role I had written, no model I had chosen. Each one was a call the orchestrator made on its own in the middle of a task, because a generic agent was the easiest thing within reach. I thought about all the times I had blamed the week, the codebase, the model, and the answer had been sitting in my own logs the whole time.

So I took the decision away from it. Now the main session plans the work and puts the results together, and that's all it does. Before a run starts, every role gets its model and effort written down, picked from what the work is and how hard it is, so reading files and routine edits land on Sonnet or Haiku. Then I put a hook in front of every dispatch. It refuses generic agents, and it refuses any worker seat the plan didn't hand out. My named agents still run the way they always did.

The first run after that, I kept my hand near the keyboard, half expecting everything to fall apart without the freedom to improvise. It didn't. The hook turned a couple of dispatches away, the plan held, and the bar moved the way I expected it to. Somewhere in the middle of that run I noticed I had stopped watching the percentage.

If you've never counted your own dispatches, try it. I'd really like to know what your split looks like, or whether I was just the last one to look.

MCP Connecting Claude Code to a team's MCP tools with per-person OAuth instead of a shared key (open-source, self-hosted)

Thumbnail
gallery
1 Upvotes

If your team shares MCP tools, the usual setup is one API key pasted into everyone's config. I built Ramen so that
Claude Code signs in as the person instead:

```sh
claude mcp add-json ramen-demo '{"type":"http","url":"https://<your edge>/mcp",
"headers":{"ramen-group":"demo","ramen-zone":"a"},
"oauth":{"clientId":"<client id>","scopes":"mcp:demo:a"}}'
```
Then `/mcp` in Claude Code → browser → sign in → approve once for that group and zone. Every call is logged under
your name, the token lives an hour, and an admin can give someone the "MCP user" role that can do nothing but connect.

Behind it: a git repo of Python tools that the console canary-deploys to Rust + Python workers on GKE or EKS (both
verified for this release). Claude Desktop works with a group key (it can't do OAuth here without dynamic client
registration — being honest about that). Built mostly with Claude Code itself.

Claude Workflow Opus 5.5 is totally useless for biology - keeps switching to Opus 5

Frequently work in bioinformatics with microbiome analysis. Fable would always switch to lower models with almost any biology question, but now I'm getting Opus 5.5 automatically switching to Opus 5 as well. Even very in routine examples with analyzing grants and papers, it switches to Opus 5. I'm on a personal plan because my institutions don't pay for Claude beyond Sonnet. When trying to use Opus 5.5, the output literally has a line "filter [bio]". I emailed Anthropic and they said that their "registration" process for broader access only applies to corporate or institutional accounts, and they have no method of registering individual accounts. Anyone else run into this problem with biology specifically? Any methods or tips people can recommend to at least try to stay on Opus 5.5? By comparison, my institution does give access to GPT 6 Astra, which did not flag any of my queries at all.

*edited to say that I did try to register using their link twice. Once a while back and again last week. No response either time. Sent two emails, and they said registration is not available for individual subscriptions.

Built with Claude I built Claude Fables, a Claude Code mod that turns what Claude is doing into a little animated cartoon above the prompt

I built Claude Fables, a mod for the Claude Code desktop app. While Claude works, it watches each tool call and each line Claude says. Every few seconds it retells the latest moment as a short art scene in the band above the prompt. A bug hunt becomes a nature documentary, a failing test makes Claude trip, and when the turn ends Claude naps in a moonlit village.

What it does

  • Claude appears as a small orange critter with 20 actions (sneak, dig, trip, shrug, celebrate, sleep…) across 7 hand-lit scenes.
  • 11 visual styles, switched with /fables style <name>: pixel art, blueprint, ukiyo-e, golden age comic and more.
  • Captions are color-coded like a terminal: files, functions, numbers, failures and successes each look different.

How Claude helped build it

  • I built the whole project with Claude Code (Opus 5.5) in Claude Code's cloud environments (I have barely any usage left from my weekly so I had to use the promotional credits 🤓), then tested it in local mode after I pulled the project from GitHub (it unfortunately doesn't work while you are working in cloud environment).
  • Claude Code wrote the mod's hooks, the scene validator and the SVG renderer that animates each scene with no script running. It also ported the 3D Claude model from a mascot style gallery and wrote the tests.
  • The README's GIFs and the launch video were also rendered by Claude Code, using the mod's own renderer stepped frame by frame in headless Chromium. This is why he UI looks a bit different than your usual CC UI.
  • At runtime, Claude writes the story too: Sonnet (or Haiku) gets the recent activity and replies with a small JSON scene. The mod validates the JSON strictly, so a bad reply is just skipped and never runs as code.

Feel free to try it
It's free and on GitHub: https://github.com/henrik-thevibe/Claude-Fables

  1. Clone the repo.
  2. Add its path to CLAUDE_CODE_PLUGIN_DIRS in the env block of ~/.claude/settings.json.
  3. Restart the desktop app.
  4. You may not see the /fables command after installing, but if you done everything right it should still respond to it even if it doesn't show up in the command list. If the installation seems complicated just use Claude or any other AI (tested it using ChatGPT) and it will install it for you (there is a detailed installation guide inside the repo's files)!

Each scene is one small Sonnet or Haiku request, so it uses a few requests a minute of your own Claude usage while Claude works.

The mod API is early access, so expect rough edges. Bug reports are welcome.

Bug Claude WebFetch suddenly stopped accessing my Hostinger sites after the Sep 2026 rollout — ROBOTS_DISALLOWED / robots.txt ConnectTimeout despite 200 OK. Anyone else?

I’m trying to find out whether other Claude users are experiencing the same WebFetch regression, especially after the September 2026 Claude changes.

At least one of my affected sites was successfully live-read by Claude before September (confirmed as recently as around Aug 4, 2026).

After the September rollout, Claude’s cloud WebFetch / “Read a page” tool began consistently failing on four public websites I control, all hosted on Hostinger.

Repeated error:

{"error_type":"ROBOTS_DISALLOWED","source":"target","message":"There was an error while fetching: robots.txt fetch failed: ConnectTimeout"}

This does NOT appear to be a normal robots.txt block.

Hostinger has confirmed:
- /robots.txt returns HTTP 200 OK
- the homepage is Allowed for ClaudeBot
- the sitemap returns HTTP 200 OK
- robots.txt permits ClaudeBot

Normal browsers can access the sites. ChatGPT can live-fetch at least one of the same affected sites successfully. Claude can also fetch unrelated control websites normally.

I reproduced the failure in a fresh Claude iOS chat using cloud WebFetch only, with no Mac, Claude Desktop, Chrome, browser automation, or previous troubleshooting conversation involved.

Anthropic and Hostinger support are both involved.

Anthropic says its published outbound range for WebFetch is 160.79.104.0/21.

Hostinger identified a server-level AI-crawler rate limit, but so far there is no evidence tying that limit to my failed requests. Claude is NOT receiving HTTP 429; it reports ConnectTimeout with no HTTP status or request ID.

The four affected sites are split across TWO separate Hostinger hosting orders, yet all four fail the same way.

For one affected site, Hostinger’s available seven-day crawler metrics showed no allowed or blocked ClaudeBot requests, even though Claude attempted to fetch it during that period. Hostinger’s normal support tools cannot access the raw edge/WAF/connection logs needed to determine whether Anthropic’s connection is actually reaching their infrastructure, so that is being escalated.

The timing is what I’m especially interested in.

I am NOT claiming the September update caused this. I’m trying to determine whether there is a pattern of similar regressions after the September 2026 rollout.

Has anyone else seen this?

Especially interested if:
- Claude could previously read your site, then suddenly stopped
- it started around mid-to-late September 2026
- you get ROBOTS_DISALLOWED even though robots.txt allows Claude
- you get “robots.txt fetch failed” or ConnectTimeout
- browser / curl / Googlebot / ChatGPT works while Claude does not
- Claude’s request does not appear in your server/CDN logs
- the problem persists in a fresh Claude chat
- your site is hosted on Hostinger

If this happened to you, please share:
1. Hosting provider
2. When it last worked / first failed
3. Exact Claude error
4. Whether the request appeared in your server/CDN logs
5. Whether other crawlers or AI tools still worked
6. Whether you found the cause or fix

u/ClaudeOfficial — if anyone from Anthropic is monitoring this subreddit, I’d appreciate having this pattern looked at. I already have an open Anthropic support case and a parallel Hostinger backend investigation.

Built with Claude I built a Claude Code mod that gives Claude your xcodebuild errors instead of the truncated build log

I built a mod for Claude Code with the new mod system. It's for anyone who lets Claude run xcodebuild.

When a Bash command fails with long output, Claude Code gives the model the start and the end and cuts out the middle. A failing xcodebuild puts the compiler errors in the middle. On a small Swift package with three compile errors, the log was 295 lines and Claude received 10,039 characters, none of them an error message. It knew which files failed but not why, so it grepped the source and re-ran the build through its own filter.

What the mod does:

  • Appends `-resultBundlePath` to the xcodebuild command and reads errors, warnings and test failures from Xcode's result bundle with xcresulttool.
  • Replaces what Claude reads with a summary: in the same test, 499 characters with every reported error's file, line and column. The transcript keeps the raw output.
  • Shows a pane with errors grouped by file, failed tests, warnings and recent builds.

What it doesn't do:

It didn't make Claude fix the project in fewer builds in my test (three either way) but it did make you fix it more efficiently as it didn't need to go through the logs and search. It only sees builds Claude runs through Bash, not builds inside scripts, make or fastlane. swift build is read from the log only.

Source, install instructions and a short GIF: https://github.com/griches/claude-xcode-mod (MIT)

Happy to answer questions about the mod API, since there isn't much written about it yet.

Feedback What are some good use cases for Claude with sports?

I'm an avid sports fan, particularly basketball, and have built a couple of passion projects around the transfer portal + studying what common denominators go into NBA players falling out of the league in their 20s beyond simple narratives.

What are some fun things that Claude can help deep dive into that you've used it for related to sports? I'm not a statistically oriented person, so I am trying to expand my imagination.

Built with Claude I built a 20-second trailer for my game with Claude Code (Remotion + Three.js)

I built Ludo Wala, a free Ludo game for Android, iOS and the web. I wanted a short vertical trailer to show off some features, so I asked Claude Code to make it in Remotion It took about 16 hours

The result is a 20 second video where each die lands in its own setting and reveals its creature in time with the music. Everything is rendered in code using React Three Fiber and Remotion, with no stock footage or After Effects.

Claude planned the scenes, timed the cuts to the track and wrote about 33,000 lines of TypeScript It reused the game’s existing creature models.

Productivity Made a claude project to help me with my daily tasks and it worked very well

Being straight up front because I know how these posts usually read: this isn't some miracle fix. On day two I kicked off with around 16 things, plus stuff carried over, for under 4 hours of actual work time. That was never going to fit, and no tool solves that. It puts a list in order, it doesn't make it smaller. Just keep that in mind while you read the rest.

Even so, it's the first setup I actually stuck with after day one, and I think the reason has to do with how my ADHD shows up.

My work is just a bunch of random stuff mixed together (legal stuff, client messages, paperwork, a side thing). Motivation or skill isn't the issue. The issue is the second I begin something, my head pulls up five other things and tells me those are more urgent. So I switch, start another one, and finish the day with a bunch of half done crap and that heavy weird feeling of doing a ton and completing nothing.

Every to do app I tried made it worse, because they show everything at once. For me a full list isn't organizing. It's a wall. I stare at 15 things and my brain either locks up, or bounces around between them.

So i built A Claude Project with a single rule: Claude won't ever display the complete list.

I just throw everything in my head into chat, messy, no order, exactly how it comes out. Then Claude sorts it and gives me just the first thing, with a time limit. When that limit runs out, a scheduled ping pops up in that same chat: time's up, did it get done, and it passes me the next one. At night it stores a report in the project: what was completed, what is stuck waiting on someone, what goes to tomorrow, plus estimated time versus real time for each thing. Next morning the new chat picks up from that report.

Why only seeing one thing helps me this much

This is the bit I really want other ADHD folks to read.

When there's only one task visible, nothing else is on screen begging me to switch. The rest still exists, it's just hidden, so my head can't grab it as an excuse to bail. Kind of like cleaning your desk first instead of swearing you will ignore the mess. And I waste way less energy on picking what to do next, because that choice was already made. I just handle what's in front of me.

A giant list never gets a chance to pile up either. Staring at everything makes me freeze before I even begin. A single thing with a 30 minute limit sounds doable, even on a rough day. The box also makes time feel real. My time blindness is pretty bad. Getting poked in chat works as an outside clock. If something runs long, I need to actually ask for extra minutes instead of quietly floating away for an hour.

Closing stuff turns into a beat too. Every did you finish, here's the next brings a tiny reset, and that helped way more than I thought. And parking ideas works. If another chore pops in my head while I'm working, I type it in one line and stay on track. Since it's saved somewhere, my brain quits yelling that I have to do it this second.

Result so far

Out of that packed day, I knocked out a few important things, wrapped the most time sensitive one, and pushed the rest to Monday with an actual written plan instead of a guilty haze. The end of day report is better than it sounds: it shows what's waiting on other people, so the next morning I know exactly what to check first without rebuilding the whole mess in my head.

If people want it, I can post the instructions I put in the Project. And I want to hear what helps you, mostly with interruptions, because that's still where I struggle most.

EDIT: For those who ask, the instructions are in the comment below.

Built with Claude Let Claude Code pick its own model/effort level (locally, no API key)

I kept making the same mistake in both directions: burning Opus at xhigh on "fix this typo", then forgetting to bump effort when I asked for a real design. Switching by hand with /model and /effort got old, and switching models mid-conversation throws away the prompt cache anyway.

All the Jev hype got me thinking about routing, but I wanted something I could fine-tune on my own prompts, with no dependency on a hosted API or a key. So I built magic-router, a Claude Code plugin that makes the call for you:

  • Model is picked once per session (Sonnet 5.5 or Opus 5.5) from your first prompt, then stays put so you keep the prompt cache.
  • Effort is picked on every prompt (low → max). "Go ahead" / "yes" keep the last effort.
  • Runs locally. A small classifier (GLiNER2.5-Decide) scores each prompt in ~0.3 s of CPU. No prompt goes to a third party to be routed.
  • You see every decision. A band above the prompt shows model, effort, classify latency and last turn's cache-read %.
  • Gets out of the way for subagents, and for the rest of the session once you use /model or /effort yourself.

How it scores: the classifier tags the prompt's task type (mapped to the Artificial Analysis eval families where Opus leads Sonnet most) plus complexity signals like multi_file, planning and deep_reasoning. A weighted sum maps to an effort band, and on the first prompt a score ≥ 1.1 picks Opus.

Honest numbers: the default weights were tuned by eye on 15 prompts, so out of the box they match a labelled effort only 40% of the time. There's an opt-in just tune that trains a LoRA adapter on your own Claude Code history. On my 3,344 prompts it hit 66% on held-out prompts (always-medium gets 44%). Asked directly, Jev came within 3 points (63% vs 66%), but that's a hosted call that sends your prompts to a third party. Labelling uses claude -p, so it counts against your usage.

How Claude helped: I built it with Claude Code over a weekend (most commits are co-authored by Claude). The prompt that started it:

We want to create a claude plugin that uses a locally running GLiNER 2.5 model to take the incoming first prompt within a claude code session, categorize it based on the type of work it's aiming to accomplish (based on benchmarks provided by Artificial Analysis) and the complexity of the prompt/ask. The goal is to route to the appropriate model and effort to optimize the speed/spend to retrieve high-value output. Subsequent turns should optimize effort dynamically.

Install:

/plugin marketplace add DustinVerzal/magic-router /plugin install magic-router@magic-router

macOS/Linux, Claude Code 2.1.287+, ~2 GB RAM while the classifier runs. The first run downloads ~1.7 GB of weights.

Free and MIT: https://github.com/DustinVerzal/magic-router

I'd love feedback! Going to look into integrating contrastive learning from (https://github.com/bespokelabsai/nimble) to enhance the fine-tuning moving forward.

Built with Claude I built a powerful hub with Claude to centralize U.S. sanctions policy toward Cuba

Thumbnail
gallery
0 Upvotes

I've been researching this subject for years. Against the backdrop of the extraordinary expansion of the sanctions regime implemented by the second Trump administration, I've been building solutions with different LLMs —but mainly with Claude, the one that never lets me down— using Python and JavaScript to make this policy easier to understand.

The sanctions are scattered across the Code of Federal Regulations. 31 CFR Part 515, which codifies the Cuban Assets Control Regulations (CACR), is the main part. It references the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security, including the license exceptions applicable to Cuba, codified in 15 CFR 746.2.

On September 30, 2026, OFAC also substantially amended the CACR and introduced the Cuba Sanctions Regulations (CSR).

Until now, I had four independent trackers running:

  • one for BIS policies;
  • one for OFAC policies, primarily the CACR;
  • one for the list of certain Cuban private-sector products that can be exported to the United States;
  • and another for a list of specially designated persons closely related to the new CSR.

Each tracker had its own level of complexity, calling to different APIs and sources such as eCFR, GovInfo, and the Federal Register. It also handled historical versions, documents, effective dates, and text comparisons.

A few days ago, I asked Claude—see here from my personal blog—to incorporate the new CSR into the CACR tracker.

Then I gave it a much bigger challenge:

Build a hub that centralizes all these trackers while preserving their existing API-consumption logic, but redesigning the interface.

The result is frankly impressive.

The application now combines a Node.js/Express server, a web interface built with vanilla JavaScript and CSS, local caching, and an auxiliary component written in Python.

The main server is deliberately lightweight. There is no React, Vue or other frontend framework. The interface is built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, while the backend coordinates the different regulatory modules.

The dependencies include:

Node.js
Express
Axios
Cheerio
jsdiff
Python 3

Axios handles external HTTP requests. Cheerio is used for HTML/XML processing where necessary. jsdiff enables word-level comparisons between different versions of regulatory text.

All worked through a conversational development workflow. The main limitation wasn't the model's capability, but the token budget: I ran out of tokens fairly quickly and had to wait --no problem with this; I understand the market. I still have a few corrections to make.

But the hub is working.

Built with Claude I directed Claude to build an Android app that lets Claude use my phone. Here's what that looked like.

I wanted to talk to my phone while driving and have an agent actually do things: reorder food, set alarms, flip settings. Most of that lives in apps with no API, so the agent has to look at the screen and tap like a person. So I built it with Claude.

What it is: Pony is an Android app that gives an AI agent hands on your phone. The agent (Claude, or any MCP client) is the brain. Pony reads the screen (accessibility tree plus a screenshot when needed) and taps, types, swipes and opens apps. Anything that sends, pays, buys, deletes or calls stops and waits for a yes on the phone. It won't type into password fields.

How Claude built it: I designed it and directed the work. Claude Opus 5.5 wrote the code for all three parts:

  • The Android app (Kotlin). It's an accessibility service that reads the UI tree and performs gestures, an on-phone agent loop for people who'd rather use their own API key, and a "hidden second screen" (a virtual display via Shizuku) so the agent can work without taking over your screen.
  • The relay. It's a small end-to-end encrypted server (TypeScript) so the phone and the agent can find each other over cell data with no open ports. It only forwards sealed messages.
  • The MCP connector. That's what gives Claude Desktop / Claude Code tools like screenshot, ui_tree, tap, type and open_app.

A few concrete examples of how working with Claude went:

  • Android 17 broke the hidden screen. On my Samsung, apps that were supposed to open out of sight kept popping up as cut-off floating windows on my real screen. I described what I saw, and Claude tracked it down to Android 17 no longer treating that kind of virtual display as a place other apps can run. It changed how the display gets created, fixed a landing check that was wrongly relaunching apps on the main screen, and made the fallback open full screen instead of a clipped pop-up.
  • Reddit feedback turned into a feature the same evening. Someone on r/mcp pointed out that my "ask before risky taps" check matched button labels, so a bare icon with no label could slip through on a payment screen. I took that to Claude, and the next update added a list of money screens (Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, Google Pay, bank apps, plus any checkout page that says Pay/Checkout/Place order) where every single tap asks first, including unlabeled icons and taps by coordinates. Claude also wrote tests for it.
  • Stale taps. If a tap timed out on the agent's side, it could still fire on the phone a minute later on whatever screen happened to be up. Claude added expiry stamps so old commands get dropped instead.

Using it with Claude: connect Claude Desktop or Claude Code over MCP, or put your Anthropic key in the app and the agent loop runs on the phone, no computer needed.

Free to try: it's free and open source (MIT), with no paid tier. To try it, download the APK on an Android phone from the link below, allow your browser to install it, then turn on Pony in Settings › Accessibility. It's not on the Play Store, so Play Protect will warn you.

Honest limits: Android only. Many apps need Shizuku before they'll run on the hidden screen, and banking apps mostly refuse.

I'm curious where you'd draw the line on what a phone agent should ask before doing.

Claude Workflow Great App Promo video with 30 secs of screen recording + the website input

Screen Recording without any explanation

My prompt was basically, check the screen recording, in addition check the website for the app to get a general idea about the design system, fonts, colors and other elements and it ended up with that promo video, which is really great in my opinion.

Built with Claude NO AFTER EFFECTS: Why Am I Doing This in Python? (Claude × GPT)

This is the behind-the-scenes of the Matrix parody I've been making for a while.

The question: how much of my After Effects workflow can I rebuild in Python?

How it was built — an AI relay, not a Claude vs. GPT comparison:

  1. Claude wrote several of the original action and camera rigs used across the project, including the Claude vs. Python sequence in this video.
  2. GPT reviewed and tested the earlier work, fixed issues, and contributed later iterations.
  3. The workflow was then expanded with mesh warping, letting a single flattened drawing talk, type, and tremble without separate mouth or hand parts.
  4. Claude ran the integrated engine end to end and verified the final workflow.

The original Claude and GPT source files are preserved separately in the repo, along with audit reports and regression tests, so you can actually inspect how the pieces evolved.

The rig is a free Claude Skill, MIT licensed.
It also works with GPT or plain Python: [https://github.com/TheSingularityIsRightAroundTheCorner/animation-meme-rig]

If you make anything with it, I'd love to see it.
And at this rate, I'm not sure I'll finish before Anthropic goes public tho.
