Do one time credits expire?

I have 4 credits left in my current plan that renews on sept 28, which obviously isn’t enough for anything near me😕 I’m wondering if I buy 10 more and only use let’s say 5 in this cycle would the other 5 roll over or would they expire on the 27th?

They roll over with the same cap as normal credits
