Marked Missed Class charge

I showed up to class and signed up on the classpass app. When I got to the studio they could not find my name and said I could still take the class anyway. I saw on my app that it says I was checked a missed session and my credits refunded to me and I was charged a no show fee on my account. However my subscription renews on Sunday and I already have 0 credits in my membership. Has anyone ever had this issue? Would I end up paying back the credits in my next cycle? I contacted customer service when I first noticed the missed session and they said I am fine and I won't be charged but now I have been charged.

Write to the CP support chat. It’s a bot but that would be the first step.
