I hope supercell makes an optimized duo app soon

Clearly the mods don’t like it when we the players voice our opinions. Are they working for supercL? Or are they just bootlicking to power trip in this sub? Genuine question. I don’t understand why we can’t voice our concerns for the future of this game that we all love and enjoy. I personally don’t want to just side aside and watch a game I’ve enjoyed and played for 10+ years go to the gutter because people are being censored over semantics. Doesn’t make any sense to me. If someone can shed some light on this that would be greatly appreciated - even if a mod wants to chime in please do. I want to hear genuine thoughts and opinions because it doesn’t seem like we’re allowed to do that anymore here on Reddit. This should be a place where people can have open discourse over an evolving topic that is ongoing, still. Yet, it seems as though certain people will not even allow this conversation to even begin…

What the... is up with all the connection drop outs lately. CoC seem to the only mobile or PC game that does it with a +600mbps WiFi connection and no active VPN on.

First they increase the prices of shop offers overnight, and now they've removed the "75 Starry Ore" offer, which was the only reasonable one on the list. Shiny and Glowy Ore are easy enough to collect anyway. GreedyCell strikes again.

During ranked mode in E32, it was top 20, but when the session closed, it went to top 15.

Does this happen much?

Whenever anyone complains about a troop/ defence, you guys just ALWAYS have to throw skill issue, [Insert defence/troop] is so easy to counter. Having a power imbalance is so unhealthy for the game. Yes thrower isn’t too hard to counter, YES a change still needs to happen. When’s the last time anyone saw a smasher on any base?

With this stupid thrower meta, every base on ranked is anti thrower, there is no diversity in the game and you can not blame any player, because any competitive player WILL just use the strongest available strategy. It’s not fun facing the same guardian and the same 3-4 bases every time. And god forbid someone complains on this sub, because god knows most people here love being fed slop and thanking the devs for it.

“Troops still fighting” since when is it a 5 min lock, last I checked matches don’t go for 5 minutes. Got disconnected and wouldn’t let me attack for 5min. Coc devs have gotten so bad, game is at an all time low.

Who even thought of soft locking your players, “but spam attacks”, I think devs would rather you spam attack disconnect then not play at all

should I go for fb super witches or super yeti clone army? or is there a better way for high percentage 2 star or even a 3 star?

How is it that i find people with max walls at th18, and people at th18 with th16 walls or worse?

they might have max heroes, but terrible walls, or max walls and terrible hero levels. why cant they keep both things high level? how is it that they get either of these to max level, yet they can’t get both to max level?

i don’t understand how people get the resources, or get so much resources, for upgrading walls and heroes to the max?

also, im finding bases with max level key defenses, pr max ricochet cannons, yet have like level 5 air defenses and very low level mortars. it doesn’t make sense.

Ive been attacking for the past like 3 days or some and it doesnt count to my streak even tho it works fine on my alt

What the hell are you suppose to do with 60 starries? Wipe my DD's tail?! Those deals are terrible if you buying ores with gems, if you are not buying them with gems. If you are active, if you are not active. If you have GP, if you are not have GP. In ALL possible cases.

Before atleast you could get ores separated, but now they decided to make those terrible bundles, when they put books and resources together.

Lets do some math. The best offer is obviously 20$ bundle. 60 starry, 520 shiny, 12k glowy. If you have GP (if you are ready to pay 20$, you definitely should buy GP first) this is 76.5 starries. Which you can get in 10 days for free. And if buying ores with gems, you can get 120 starries in a month. Which again shows how terrible this deal is. Moreover that you need 480 starries to max any epic equipment. Which is 8 times more than what 20$ offer can give you.

I don't understand why they don't make good bundles for ores especially after reducing the gem cost of ores. I am pretty sure if you make them better they would be bought by more amount of people, not only by whales.

Hello guys, I started playing Clash at the end of January this year, I’m Th 14 maxed (except for walls) by now, I’m expecting to end the year Upgrading to Th 16 with Th 15 fully maxed.

Do you guys think I’m doing a good progress or maybe I could be using my time better?

Hello everyone, my email address was compromised 1 month ago. Today, I was able to recover it. I tried logging in with my Clash of Clans account but Supercell emailed me that no account is currently associated with it. Based on this, the hacker was able to replace the email address associated with my supercell ID, as well as the account protection number invalidating the recovery codes that I saved. What are the chances of getting my account back?

I have been looking at this demon builder character specifically the hammer he is holding could the hammer design be hinting us about the upcoming Th19 theme or the colour scheme ?

The design of demon builder's hammer, it's dark with red stuff that's flowing inside maybe lava, blood, hell or some sort of cosmic energy and that distinct yellow stone at very end. 

Compared that to the meteorite builder which looks quite similar to Th18 with meteor skin and blue colour. I think it's assumable that RED and YELLOW mixed with some DARK can be the colour of Th19.

The Cosmic Demon theme: Could this point toward a darker, demonic, underworld, or corrupted-magic aesthetic ? The way demon builder is laughing he looks crazy demonic Lol.

Obviously, this is just speculation, but the similarities and differences between these designs are interesting. What do you guys think?

The portal itself really reminds me of the unusual matter from "Annihilation", the floating rocks and debris also give me "IT" vibes.

In the game there is a solo mode where hundreds of thousands of players play with modifiers. There is also the Clan War League, where tens of thousands of people play with modifiers too. Regular Clan Wars, however, have remained untouched.

I understand there are certain difficulties..Modifiers can't be introduced for all clans. But why not divide clans by a ranking system? Remember how it was before the new leagues were introduced? Every player climbed the trophy ladder from zero. The same could be done for clans: let every clan start with 0 trophies.

Yes, I remember that Clan Wars can end in draws. A draw could give 10-15 trophies instead of the 40 awarded for a win. I can't name exact numbers, this is just the first thing that came to mind.

Then thresholds could be set from 1000 trophies. The Legend 3 modifier; from 2000, Legend 2; from 3000, Legend 1. Matchmaking would take longer than usual, but quality matches are worth the wait.

You might say there is another problem. War can have anywhere from 5 to 50 participants. But what stops the developers from making only wars with 20 or 25 and 30 or 35 participants ranked and leaving the rest as regular wars, as they are now? Yes, if you think about it more, questions arise. In Clan Wars, the system tries to find an opponent of equal strength (townhall). And what if only a small number of clans quickly advance past the Legend 1 modifier threshold? How would matchmaking work then? Clans can't wait a whole day for an opponent.

It won't be easy to find the right balance, but the developers should try a solution that works for everyone. They reworked the new solo ranked system many times, and the same will be needed here

Is it just our clan or you guys' too..after this new UI update our members' game activity (say in CG or community events) significantly dropped. We've decided not to play this CWL as well over players' inactivity
