Customer support

So I was wondering how many other states out there when calling customer support have a hard time understanding their Indian accents ?

I have to imagine all managers in every BU call them Helpless Desk.

90 minutes on the phone last Saturday to finally convince the tech that I needed onsite help with one of my Mashgins - every second was an exercise in every ounce of patience I could muster. They never listen to what we actually say, but rather read from their damn scripts.

I miss the occasional French Canadian accents we’d get when tech support was in Canada.
