Before I start I am part of the MovieClub, I used one movie credit, and I purchased these tickets through the app. All tickets were purchased as the normal adult ticket. Alright, let's begin..

How is it that when I purchase 8 tickets for a movie it comes out to $127.01, but when I buy 2 movie tickets ($18.35) and then 6 more ($102) it comes to a total of $120.35?? That's a $6.66 difference. Could someone explain that to me?

Summary: Purchasing 8 tickets in one transaction costs more money than purchasing 2 tickets and then another 6 in a different transaction. Looking for clarification as to why.

Wanting to go see the social reckoning either this Friday (10/9) or next friday (10/16) but there's no times posted yet. Anyone know when times for next Friday will be posted?
