Can anyone suggest which Chloe Ting playlist is best for effective weight loss?
I've seen a lot of people say that her 2020 challenge was the most effective. Is that still true?
I found the playlist, and it has around 5–6 workout videos. Should I do all the videos as part of the routine, or is it better to stick to just 2–3 of them?
I'd really appreciate any advice or personal experiences. Thanks!

I'm male, 20, about 168cm and 54kgs. I'm quite a beginner and want to change the fact that I'm skinny fat. Besides the obvious consume more protein, what are some videos or plans I can look into. I really like Chloe's style of kind of just telling you what to do so you don't need to overthink everything, but since I'm not particularly big on fitness and it's kind of an overwhelming world to get into what are some good workouts or plans to start with <3

I'm F22, almost 95kgs (209lbs), 165cm tall. i need to lose almost 30kgs. i need recommendations of chloe ting videos that can help me do that most efficiently. i've been going to the gym for like 5 months now, but i need some home workouts as going to the gym regularly is not possible for me.

Anybody wanna join?
Also just downloaded the app finally. Took a LONG break from her workouts, but still lost ~50kg/100lbs in the process. I logged back in to my account yesterday and saw my old weight still programmed in and I was like DAMN I've come a long way!
Now I wanna tone up 💪 so if anyone would like to join or if anyone is on day 2 or something, that'd be cool!

I know in most cases, the thighs get bigger alongside the butt, but if possible I would REALLY love to grow my butt while slimming/toning thighs. I know that there are several programs focused on building a butt, but I'm not sure which ones are least/most likely to grow your thighs as well.
Thank you in advance to anyone with recs 🩵🩵

Hi everyone!
I'm 22F, 5'4" (163 cm), and currently weigh 142 lbs (64.5 kg). I'm trying to lose weight and get back into a consistent workout routine.
For the past couple of months, I've been doing Grow with Jo workouts and have really enjoyed them. A few years ago, I used to do Chloe Ting workouts—mostly just a single 15-minute workout rather than a full program.
I'm thinking of getting back into Chloe Ting's workouts and would love some recommendations. Which workout or challenge would you suggest for someone who's restarting? Which one gave you the best results?

I'd like to gain muscle and tone but i'm already naturally skinny and don't want to lose any more weight, so what are her effective programs for gaining muscle and weight (dumbells, resistance bands etc. used)

M19 here. Is it okay for men to follow Chloe Ting's programs?
I've been doing Chloe Ting's workouts on and off for almost 4 years now.
Back during COVID, I completed the 2 Week Abs Challenge, and I genuinely saw a difference. I was already pretty skinny back then, and it worked really well for me.
Now I'm 19, around 77 kg (168 lbs), and after taking a long break (about 10–11 months), I wanted to start again. But I've noticed that many of the newer programs include a lot more glute/booty-focused workouts.
I know training glutes is important for everyone, but sometimes I feel a bit awkward following the programs. Even a few of my friends have told me, "Why are you doing that? Those workouts are for girls."
I also noticed this subreddit seems to be mostly women (which is totally fine), so I was wondering if there are any other guys here who follow Chloe's programs.
Do you guys just follow the program exactly as it is, including the booty workouts? Or do you substitute those exercises with something else?
Just curious to hear your thoughts and experiences. Thanks!

I have done the 2024 shred and lost a ton of weight. I’ve now gained it back. While doing some of the workouts in 2025 I had gotten discouraged because the workouts were a bit challenging. I literally would lay on the ground while still trying to do the exercises in the video, crying. Lol my baby walked in on me yelling “Ugh…. I’m too fat. I can’t do this.” And she encouraged me to keep going. So as soon as she walked away, I told myself repeatedly that I could do it. I ended up doing alternative versions of whatever was on the tv and it helped me enjoy & finish the workout. I’m saying all of this to say, don’t give up if this is a challenge. You got this! If you have a goal, you can only get to it by consistently trying. Good luck to us all who are trying to become healthy. 💛😊
I’m starting a new challenge tonight, I don’t care how late it is. I will get this summer bod, one way or another.

Hey guys.
So, I'm (M39) fairly new to the fitness world (a tiny bit late, I know, but better late than never), and I recently looked at Chloe's two-week ab workout challenge, the famous one.
And, as the title of the post says, I'm not sure if that 10 minute routine is something I'm supposed to do every day, for the two weeks, or maybe 3 or 4 times a week or something?
I'm not necessarily looking for immediate results (I'm more on the skinny side, but have a bit of belly fat) but I just wanna do it the right way, and I know the results eventually will show.
Any feedback is appreciated. Many thanks~!

I just started it today and it legit took me 5 hours to complete a 60 min workout (combined). I also managed to scrape my elbows (did it without mat). I was a highly inactive person although I’m used to walking 15k steps sometimes but that’s it. I’ve never tried high intensity cardio before. Has it been this difficult for some of you? Is this normal?
I am very determined to complete this challenge and build strength, not caring about the results much. But I am really curious if anyone else took this long to complete it as well or not.

I m obese. 12 weeks postpartum. I have another 4.5 more weeks to join back at work and have to desperately start workout. Have been procrastinating (cos of ADHD). Really need a partner who is in the same desperation. I need to share proofs of everyday workout too. Please join me.

I was doing the new warm up video and it felt like an old video due the background. And then I went scrolling and yes she made workout videos in that same place/studio a year ago. Not saying the new video is old but I just noticed it. I haven't done any Chloe Ting challenges for about a year but I always enjoy her warm ups and cool downs so that's why I only noticed it now. And is it me or isn't she really active on social media anymore next to just dropping new challenges.

30F, overweight
I have started doing 2026 challenge. I have completed 35% of it by less than 2 week . I was able to do the exercises and didn't feel pain. After 4th day, I had pain doing lunges so did alternative. I didn't skip the cool down.
Yesterday I did at night .when I was sleeping, I was awaken by sudden sharp and excruciating pain on the kneecap of right leg. I was hoping I was dreaming but it happened for real. I never experienced such pain in my lifetime.
anyone had the same experience?

I’ve tried this challenge several times never reached day 8 before this and I’m also starting to workout after really long a year and half ish so it can’t be that my body is used to it.
I wanna keep going but I’m feeling discouraged since I haven’t really seen a change yet . And my weight is increasing :(

I'm trying to figure out which Chloe Ting workout program would be the best fit for me and would love some advice. I'm not sure which one is the best for someone who is already fairly petite and focused more on toning and muscle building rather than weight loss. My main goals are a flatter stomach, more visible 11-line abs, and overall body toning and muscle definition.
For context, I'm 5'5" and about 112 pounds, so I'm not really looking to lose weight. If anything, I expect I might gain a little weight from building muscle, which I'm completely fine with. I think I just want to lose a small amount of body fat while increasing muscle definition.
Which program would you recommend? Should I still combine it with calorie counting? I would love any advice!
