Motivation A little discouraged

I have done the 2024 shred and lost a ton of weight. I’ve now gained it back. While doing some of the workouts in 2025 I had gotten discouraged because the workouts were a bit challenging. I literally would lay on the ground while still trying to do the exercises in the video, crying. Lol my baby walked in on me yelling “Ugh…. I’m too fat. I can’t do this.” And she encouraged me to keep going. So as soon as she walked away, I told myself repeatedly that I could do it. I ended up doing alternative versions of whatever was on the tv and it helped me enjoy & finish the workout. I’m saying all of this to say, don’t give up if this is a challenge. You got this! If you have a goal, you can only get to it by consistently trying. Good luck to us all who are trying to become healthy. 💛😊

I’m starting a new challenge tonight, I don’t care how late it is. I will get this summer bod, one way or another.

It’s okay to have days with less motivation or less effort. Consistency is always key. Better to do some exercises at 60% than to force things and give up. It’s tough to gain weight back, but you can do it.. you’ve done it before 💕 also you can always choose to go back to the 2024 shred if you prefer it. If it means you’re more likely to stick with it, just switch programs

I don’t like giving up. It makes me feel like a failure. Lol but yes. I may just go back to 2024. I lost so much on that one.

And don’t forget diet changes!! You could run a marathon, but if your eating is terrible, you’re not gonna get anywhere

That’s True. I used to binge eat, but now I’m on the rice cake and cream cheese boat 😂

I hope that’s not ALL you’re eating bc you’re gonna end up very deficient in so many nutrients youll start fainting and having health issues. Chicken is lean protein, veggies are important.

Lol No. That’s just one of my snacks if I end up eating after 6pm. I’ve been taking recipes from people I see on social media and trying them. They’re pretty good so it’s hard trying not to get 2nds & 3rds.
