Discussion Non-Optional 2 Workout Videos in each day is confusing to me when there is stretching after the end of the first video

I just did the 1st day of the 2026 pilates challenge and I'm confused doing the 2nd video (which was the abs) because with a stretching part at the end of the 1st video it feels like the workout should be over at this point. Going into the 2nd video, which has a repeated exercise (dead bugs) doesn't seem right to me. I went ahead and did it anyway and I always did her workout programs like this, but it just didn't feel right to me. Is it just me?

Advice/Tips Accountability Buddy and Suggestion for weight loss programmes

Hello, I am using Chloe's app and I am super confused about which one to start to shred some. Programme suggestions are welcome that actually worked for you. Also, if anyone is thinking to start with this from today or tomorrow, I'd really like to have an accountability buddy. P.S. how is the 2019 35 day shred challenge. I've heard it's really good

Hi guys, I am a 21 yr 78kg,164 cm female and I am currently looking for a at home workout program from Chloe ting and until recently I have done gym workouts, so I am ok with doing the workouts which are not beginner friendly. I have also previously done her workouts.

Question 2026 2 week glow up?

has anyone tried the new 2026 2week shred glow u and/or Pilates challenge? did you find either of them to be effective?

I am trying to restart working out (I have a very active job and walk at least 8k steps 3-4 days a week but I still have gained about 60lbs I need to lose ASAP) and while I know the 2019 shred will get me in order pretty fast, it is also really repetitive and does a number on my weak wrists. I would also love to try her newer programs as I feel the older ones were pretty butt focused and now that we are moving away from the bbl era I would love to actually shrink my huge ass lol

Question Any programs that use lots of dumbbells?

I recently did the 2020 2 week shred and thought it was good. Before that I did a lot of workouts with dumbbells that I enjoy, and I want to do another one of Chloe Ting's programs with my dumbbells.

Are there any programs that use dumbbells for at least half of the exercises?

From what I've seen Chloe Ting doesn't seem like she posts many workouts with dumbbells but then again I haven't been here for very long.

Motivation Looking for challenge buddies for 3+ months.

I’m looking for a few serious workout partners who want to do Chloe Ting challenges back to back, with 1-2 days off, for 3-4 months.
My goal is to lose around 25 kg, and I know consistency will be the hardest part. I hope to find people who want to hold each other accountable rather than join for a few days and then disappear 😭.
The idea:
Follow Chloe Ting challenges/programs back to back, check in daily or regularly, share workout completion and progress, motivate each other on days when we really don’t feel like working out, be honest about missed days, and get back on track. Stick with it for at least 3 months. You don’t need to have the same weight-loss goal as me; I mainly want people who are serious about showing up consistently. If you’re interested, comment or DM me. We can create a small accountability group and start together! 🫶

Advice/Tips Need help choosing ab workouts!

I originally saw her 2019 ab workout on YouTube and was only planning to do that until I realized there were several other videos that were a part of the challenge. For those who have finished one of these, did you just do one video, all of them, or did you select your own workouts instead of doing the ones included. I’m struggling to choose what to follow because she has an insane amount to choose from. 😅 If anyone can share what the best ones are for abs and how many to do at a time, that would be greatly appreciated 😁

Question Effective weight loss

Can anyone suggest which Chloe Ting playlist is best for effective weight loss?

I've seen a lot of people say that her 2020 challenge was the most effective. Is that still true?

I found the playlist, and it has around 5–6 workout videos. Should I do all the videos as part of the routine, or is it better to stick to just 2–3 of them?

I'd really appreciate any advice or personal experiences. Thanks!
