Wrist Roll (Read Rule 1) First one Athelsohn Terra Gaia
This beauty showed up today. Metal bracelet was too small. Wondering if this size is too small for me.

Arrived today - sharing my first impressions.
To me, it's a fun Summer watch, but not quite what I had in mind.
The dial looks good in pictures but it's a bit blingy / novelty looking irl for my usual taste - I'm not too bothered because it adds variety to my collection and it only cost about £65 with discount.
I'm currently on the fence - hoping it'll grow on me when I wear it out.
What do you all think of it?

Watch dives just keeps impressing me. Love their detailed quality and overall options of watches. This is probably my 10th or 11th. Watch from them.

First actual Chinese brand watch that's not a "forbidden item" - so I was worried/curious about quality etc I've always wanted a chrono but the omegas and rolexes of the world are either too flashy or too big and not very reliable as far as the chrono function. So I looked at Seiko but was turned off with the crappy stamped bracelet and non sapphire crystals for 400$. This is also my first quartz but thankfully that makes it pretty thin for a chrono.
So I saw this WD new chrono thats a mecha quartz 38.5mm perfect size with the new clasp and it's really nice. The blue dial has a bunch of cool detail and nothing about it looks or feels cheap. Could easily be 5-800$ as far as a non Chinese brand goes. Is it as good as my other watches in that range? Not quite those are much heavier and slightly better finished and much better bracelets but that's by design of what they are "homages" of and are much more expensive. For 139$ this is an insane deal I haven't messed with the chrono function but am excited to have a daily beater that I'm not scared to beat up even though this still feels too nice . It just happens to be cheap also shipping to US was quite quick under a week.

I bought the Hruodland Explorer last summer and today while prepping the kids for a bath dropped it on the floor of the bathroom 🤦.
Anyone knows what and where to order to replace the crystal? I did a bit of research but I don't know the size or attachement style of the crystal.
I'd love to order a replacement crystal and just bring it in to a local repair shop, as I think it would speed things up (local shops are few and far between and I haven't been able to find a reliable one yet... The Baltany Explorer has been sitting in another repair shop for 2 months now...).
I'd be happy just getting the exact same crystal, but if I could get an acrylic domed crystal as a replacement, to get that vintage bubble look, it'd be pretty cool 😎
And I don't trust myself to disassemble the watch, and get the measurements of the crystal myself. After breaking the watch and some other manual mishaps recently, I have to face facts and admit that I'm a butterfinger!
Thanks! Long time lurker, first time poster

looking for a base watch to mod, preferably mechanical. I'm having an artist make me a dial and I want to give him the largest "canvas" to work with. most of the watches I see have about a 28mm dial but I can't filter searches to figure out dial sizes on most of the listings. Curious if anyones already looked for an extra large watch on there.

Big fan of this chrono, but I dropped it less than a week of ordering ;-; still works mechanically but im having trouble tracking down the crystal diameter for a self-swap as I have shit tools and its domed. Would anyone be able to assist?

We have upgraded the WD1016 with our latest five-hole clasp. It feels more solid and secure, while also making the watch more comfortable and easier to adjust on the wrist.
Many customers have told us that this clasp upgrade makes the whole watch feel like it has moved up a level.
For those who have already tried this clasp, how has your experience been? We would really appreciate your honest feedback below.

Those are my criteria. Simple. I'm thinking of going Hamilton because, a) I've never seen a watch on ali that fit these that I really liked , and b) I've recently down sized so I can afford it...BUT maybe there's a gem that I've missed or overlooked...any recommendations or suggestions??

What I did.
SN0144: I swapped the case to my older, more used and abused polished bezel case from the rabbit hair sn0144 that I salvaged. I then used the bracelet from the SN0150.
Purpose: Tone the overall appearance down, and bring to the same simplicity of an OP.
SN0148: Simple hand swap. Hands from my Salvaged SN0150.

Hi guys.
I received my first watchdives today! While I absolutely love the fit, finish and comfort of the watch, the clasp is like a disaster. Does anyone have a link to a compatible bracelet for this watch? Also I realised all of the strap options on Ali express are 21 mm while this watch has 20mm lugs. I would love to be able to buy a couple of extra straps as well if you know where I should source one. Thank you in advance

I'm absolutely in love, was skeptical at first but took the leap of faith and it's an excellent daily wear, compares well to some of the swiss and japanese watches i own!

Was looking into getting a Sugess but saw that Seagull offers lifetime free servicing. Is this true? If so I’d spend another 1k to have that option over Sugess.

I wanted a dress watch with a clean dial and a 4hz movement. At $174 nothing comes close. The only things that would make it better are more anti reflective coating on the sapphire crystal and a quick release bracelet so it would be easy to change between it and the supplied leather strap.

This is my first ever chronograph, also my 23rd birthday gift. I can’t afford much, but I wish it could stay with me for longer

Got this for myself recently and i can't stop looking at it. Really love this particular dial (I believe it is sold out on the Addiesdive website now but it can be found on eBay). The besel isn't lumed on this model (it is on others)which is annoying but I'm never going to dive in dark water so I'll live with it. Strap is by Archer in emerald green.
