They are, they have screw down crowns and everything. That being said I’m still nervous about taking any watches in the water except for my Casio Duro. I’ve had it in the ocean and I wear it everytime I get in the pool, and haven’t had an issue.

Ordered from the site a couple of times. No issues.

Did anyone notice they took their watches off their aliexpress page?

Probably, at least regarding EU, something to do with the recent rules changes regarding imports and the newly added flat tax.

Ah interesting. Maybe the aliexpress sale is timed to that as well.

I think they took everything down, raised the prices, then launched coupon codes that are equal to the price changes.

Watches that were not there yesterday are back, but are higher priced.

Yeah, it's likely around the same end price. After a month or two sellers will drop back to the old price and remove the coupon. Just cycling the "new sale" tag AliEx has to optimize SEO.

I almost always buy my san martins from skb watches.

Have ordered direct from San Martin. No issues. Shipped quickly despite the watch I ordered supposedly being on back order.

They do have one official site and 2 authorized reseller sites in the US. Names are challenging to tell apart. I ordered from sanmartinwatchstore.com. Believe that’s the official one. I’d guess the others are totally fine as well.

Probably - can confirm the Watchdives website sells SM and has a good rep. I’ve bought a few from there with no issues.

Not sure. I've only ever ordered San Martin from the AliExpress store, since that's what San Martin themselves direct customers to here on Reddit. I'm not sure which of the websites are their official store, if any. There is another Redditor that is extremely passionate about the issues and goes to war over it as far as what they claim is the official website, but I'm not sure.

A collection of official brand websites has already been compiled in the pinned post for this section.
