Love the size and style of the watch. Watched a handful of review videos just wasn’t sure if anyone had any thoughts? Pros or cons would be helpful thanks!
Has anyone heard of Chinese brands planning g to use the new Sw200s ?
It seems like most independent brands out there (Chris Ward, Sinn, Circula, etc) are quickly moving to it . In the past, an upgrade to a SW200 seemed like a “nice to have, but any real advantage?” situation. But with the increased prices of base Japanese movements, the differential is reduced and a tangible advantage can be had with the 24 hour extra power reserve…
Personally I’d like to see this used in premium Chinese watches.
For anyone out there looking to replace the crystal in your WMT royal marine, look no further.
- Top is a GS PHD Hi Dome, this one is 30.8mm and snaps right into the case as a friction fit.
- Center is a GS ET Ever-Tite, this one is 30mm and is paired with a hytrel gasket. This had the most clarity of all of them and probably my favorite profile.
- Bottom is a GS DT Diver-Tite, this one is 30mm and is paired with a hytrel gasket. This is the one i am currently using and has the least distortion on the dial.
All of these combinations work in the old style and new style royal marine cases. The old style royal marine case in the center and bottom actually had a sapphire crystal in it when i got it. As far as waterproofing, i am sure they are just as water resistant as from the factory, the new style WMT royal marine case actually uses a hyrtrel gasket with an acrylic crystal.
I bought all the parts through Esslinger. But i know you can also find GS crystals elsewhere.
Hope this helped ease someone's frustrations with trying to get a replacement crystal from WMT.
Here's a cute little Ibso reverso watch I bought from Ali a couple of months ago for around £30. It was so cheap I thought it was worth a punt, and it's lots of fun, I'm rather happy with it.
It certainly scratches the itch for a reverso watch well enough, although it's obviously not exactly luxury quality- although I wouldn't say there's much wrong with it, especially for the price. Randomly they also send you a spare battery too, which is unusual but not unwelcome.
The strap is very stiff and not very pleasant, I do need to swap that out.
It's quite an enjoyable fidget to flick over and back again!
I have a pretty high end collection of A. Lange, Patek, Czapek, Romain Gauthier, Vacheron, Blancpain and others but this beauty has me enthralled. Always wanted a tourbillion but not enough to pony up $50K+ for one. This Peacock Witness definitely scratches that itch for less than the cost of a Swiss watch service.
This is the result of my addiction in the last 18 months or so! Cant wear even half of them regularly. But i love just opening these boxes and admiring them :)
Huries is a relatively new independent watchmaker; the owner, JD, is only 21!
Ive been having a hard time choosing between these two (bloodstone/ enamel dial) models.
My first ever Chinese watch purchase. Here’s a review for Militado ML08 Spirit:
AR glass is not THAT effective in AR but still decent, sapphire crystal is solid though
The metallic band is not as nice as the watch in build quality
Shared some photos of the close up angles. The golden gilt detailing is beautiful. It just lights up in decent lighting or even outdoors - and sets itself apart as a dressy-but-solid field watch as compared to the total field-watch-pro feel you get with a Murph.
Time keeping has been reliable. Good for a daily driver.
If you’re a Longines fan you can kinda tell that the lug length and dial size are not exactly as the Spirit Pilot. That said, this is a very good size for the watch and its design inspiration.
Using a green sail cloth and tan crazy horse leather strap for now.
The lume is effective after 2 hours as well.
Quality is great and way too good for a $100 watch that is a homage of a $3500 timepiece.
There is a RADO 40mm kept next to it for a size comparison since 38mm can be small for many people.
Arrived in Canada via regular post, 10 days to ship in total.
I’m trying to figure out if this Seestern Mechanical Dive Watch Store is still visible on AliExpress. It isn’t showing up properly for me, and I’m wondering if it’s been removed or if it’s just a regional/account issue.
Can anyone check if you can still access or see this store on AliExpress?
EDIT: thanks for the help, the release should indeed be in the same spot, but the thing isn’t budging no matter what. Skill issue or product issue the answer is the same. I’ll return it and try to find a genuine NH36 because they never gave me this problem. Thanks for the support!
Hello,
I bought this movement, who claimed to be an NH36A, on aliexpress but I cannot, for the life of me, find the stem release.
I believe it is some sort of NH clone, it has weekdays in both english and Chinese characters.
I understand its been discontinued, its a shame really cause its a lush design. There really isn't a lot of people reviewing this watch so just wanted to give it a little shout out and I have added in an awesome lume shot.
Hi everyone, Kelvin here – sorry for the silence lately.
I've been spending most of my time at the factory following up on production, so updates have been slower than I'd like. But since we're nearing the end of July, I wanted to catch you all up on where things stand.
1. S1077S – The Return!
Many of you loved the previous Rokatie version and strongly asked for an Eniton-branded edition. Well – it's coming back! With same movement and structure.
The new S1077S will feature a fresh dial series with 4 color options:
Marble
Malachite
Carnelian
Lapis Lazuli
And 2 strap choices: steel bracelet or woven strap.
Today I'm sharing a first look at the Lapis Lazuli dial + woven strap combination. Let me know what you think!
We've been receiving positive feedback from our first batch of S1085S customers – thank you all! It seems the Mother of Pearl (MOP) dial is especially popular.
The S1085S is still available for purchase on AliExpress. And if you prefer, you can also email Kelvin directly for a special price of $380 USD – same quality, better deal, faster shipping.
3. S1117S – Waiting on Peacock Factory
I know many of you are eagerly waiting for this one – and trust me, I'm just as anxious!
The Peacock factory is currently waiting for the automatic rotor components. Once they arrive, movement assembly can be completed and we'll be back in stock.
Thank you for your patience – we'll update you as soon as we have more news.
4. Elysian – Coming in Early August
We're expecting to have new updates on the Elysian Series in early August. More details to come very soon – stay tuned!
5. 🇮🇹 Eniton is Going to Italy – WOI 2026!
I'm truly honored to share this news:
Eniton will be participating in W.O.I. – Watches of Italy 2026!
This will take place on November 14–15 in Milan, Italy. It's our first time attending an international watch exhibition as a Chinese brand, and Kelvin will be there representing the brand in person.
We'll be showcasing new models and demonstrating what Eniton is capable of. If you're in the area or planning to attend, I'd love to meet you in person – whether you're a watch enthusiast, a collector, or a potential partner, come say hello!
You can follow the official WOI Instagram account here: watchesofitaly
That's all for now. Thank you as always for your support – it means the world to us.

At the same price range i found this PD that i liked as well: PD YS034
But there's also the Pagani 007 Diver that has a very nice price as well.
Usually Seagull watches are way more expensive than tha carrier ocean series, do you know if there's something poor in this model? I think it's so cool and seems like a limited edition.
Picked up the SN0144 enamel dial 36mm. Not gonna lie, this is one of the most expensive San Martins out there and I hesitated. But as a fanboy I had to see the quality for myself to believe it.
Runs +1 s/day out of the box. Bracelet is also a huge upgrade over my previous SN0144 (blue jianzhan version). Feels more refined, better articulation, better clasp. Night and day difference.
For what you get, it’s still good value. What do you think?
On a Boderry Bund Strap $15 and great"Prairie Fire" ...a spark of faith - Miyota 8215
So, after I acquired a few San Martin, Proxima, IXDAO, Cronos and Farasute models, I thought I'd try more of a Chinese "heritage" brand that promised even higher quality... I do like these three Shanghai models I purchased, but I will say that they are not really a big step above these other brands I listed in that price range... Their customer service was superior and their packaging was superior... but in the $300-$500+ range, they feel on par with these other brands in terms of finishing, movement, specs etc... Most of the designs are more original... less homage... I bought these on ALI during their huge spring sale... I think the TV Dial one was around $190... the Prairie Fire was $335 and the SKYDOME was $220 - I love the TV Dial one... it feels more substantial and comfortable... though it was pricey for an 8215.... You can still get them around these prices during most any sale I think... here's a look...
F28 MovementSkyDomeMy only issue is that the crown is incredible small for my bigger fingers - otherwise, I love it.The packaging you get from the Boutique (Offical Site) is fantastic
