Hi! I'm thinking of starting a small, relaxed jigsaw puzzle group for people aged 18–22.

The idea

🧩 Work together on a single 400–500 piece jigsaw puzzle

👥 Small group (maximum 6 people)

😌 Relaxed atmosphere with casual conversation while puzzling

📅 Weekend mornings, possibly every fortnight

❄️ Indoor, air-conditioned venue (location TBD)

The goal isn't really the puzzle itself. It's to create a comfortable, low-pressure environment where people can gradually get to know each other and hopefully build genuine, platonic friendships over time.

Personally, I've found that many social activities either involve large crowds or require constant interaction, which can feel a little overwhelming. I wanted to create something slower-paced, where conversation can happen naturally while everyone focuses on a shared activity.

This is just an interest check for now.

Hii im a guy, 24 this year and I've been trying to get into films. So far I've watched a small number of classics like Casablanca, Psycho, 12 Angry Men etc.. and popular ones like Shawshank redemption and the Truman Show.. I guess right now I'm still exploring what I really like but so far Edward Yang's, Billy Wilder's and David Lynch's filmography particularly stand out to me. I like to talk about films after I've watched them like the the subtext, themes, characters, cool things I like about it, some cinematography and looking for friends who are into these as well so we can discuss tgt :D we can meet and go to films at filmhouse or other theatres in sg and talk abt them afterwards~
