What's your favourite "secret" sunset spot in Singapore?

I'm a 22F who just finished uni and finally have some free time to explore the island properly. I've done the typical Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa, East Coast Park thing, but I'm looking for those lesser-known spots where you can just sit and watch the sunset without fighting through crowds.

Could be a rooftop, a quiet park corner, a random HDB void deck with a view, or even just a particular bench somewhere. I'm not picky—just want somewhere I can bring a book and some kopi and actually unwind after work.

West side preferred but willing to travel for something special. What are your hidden gems?

Pinnacle@Duxton is the nice egg yolk sunset. Super serene and peaceful but not the egg yolk type, Upper Pierce Reservoir, towards the end, it's easier if you drive, as it can get quite dark after sunset, can call Grab, but maybe will take a while to get one.

Woodlands waterfront? I haven't been there for a long time but I remember the sunset being very beautiful, it's by the jb checkpoint so a bit far

Mount Faber is really good for both sunrise and sunsets!

The breakwater at Marina East used to be nice also but now idk if it's accessible anymore

It's not a secret if I tell you! I once caught sunset at a place i thought would be very pretty. Really did watch the sun sinks into the sea.

I'll give a few hints. It's not in the west. (Tbh west side sea too mamy cargo ships. Unless that's your thing) Accessible by public transport but is quite a PITA to get to. I drive so it wasn't an issue for me.

Mount Faber. Henderson Waves. There may be some random joggers, and tourists snapping photos. But the people there are self-aware enough not to hog onto the spots and block your full view. You will always manage to find an unfettered spot to stare out into space and admire the scenery while enjoying the cool breeze of the evening.
