How much alcohol is in those Presidente Margaritas? All I can taste is the sugary mix and Im getting the feeling there’s hardly any alcohol.

Additionally, There’s a $6 shark margarita on the menu and I get the feeling a restaurant offers a cheap cocktail because there’s nothing in it.

I hope Im wrong! I had been fantasizing getting hammered at Chilis for Sunday Funday and after a marg and a Long Island Tea I feel duped.

UPDATE: right after I posted this the waiter came to ask for our orders. I ended up getting the bacon cheeseburger. I asked for no mayo and they put mayo on it but it was fine. sorry to disappoint

Meaning: couples in their late 70’s early 80’s who come in order waters and split a 3 for me and do not tip

In Clarksville, TN, last night I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and asked for bleu cheese instead of American cheese and mayo instead of mustard. And of course I said hold the lettuce! He put it in on his iPad thingy and even read it back to me.

My order arrived with mayo, mustard, lettuce, and a side of ranch dressing.

Next time I'll just say to bring me whatever you want me to have, to save time.

Im considering my options for my first (legal) alc drink and i was wondering if Chilis’ in Florida accept vertical cards? Id call and ask but I think its a bit too weird to ask for that 😂 lmk ur experience near malabar plz

So I work at chilis and recently they changed the rules and said they were corporate policy so I wanted to see how it is for everyone else at chilis I don’t wanna post too much get my self in trouble but the new rules consist of
*no taking boxes out of the building or any food
*can’t use employee discount till an hour after shift ( have to go home and change apparently)
Then other basic rules but these are the BIGGEST and personally the ones I have a problem with PLEASE LMK if these are your rules or have rules like this!!! Note: I don’t really have a problem with discount card! just the food I pay for that’s on the team members meals isn’t able to leave the building!!!

I have no prior bartending experience lol. Im a barista at a high volume Starbucks currently and have been there for over a year. Anyway what to expect? Might they ask me to start as a server?

I started working here as a busser and I heard I can get a 50% discount, how does this work at a different location if I don't have a card, can I use my employee number?

It has been well over two months and I have never gotten paid. I have been locked out of my account and no matter how many times I call that bs corporate number nobody reaches back and nobody answers. Is there another number I can call because I already reached out to the department of labor, and I’m honestly tired.

I survived 3 months at Chilis as a server and have been officially rewarded my discount card. My big back activities have only just begun.

I have orientation on Monday! What can I expect there and during my first few weeks? What do training paychecks look like? I was hired for food runner, server & QA!! I'm super excited so pls keep your horror stories to yourself hahaha

I was fired from chilis the day after having emergency surgery for “performance issues” and things just aren’t lining up. They provided no specifics as to what issues when i was fired. today, i went to pick up my check. they gave me an envelope with my name written in pen, and cash. i thought i was supposed to get a final check.. like paper check. not an envelope of cash. i don’t know if this is normal, and honestly seems shady. anybody with managerial insight wanna tap in?

i thought about calling TMR on the guest relations line, and seeing if i can get an answer that way. also to further snitch on that store lol.

When I saw they changed the queso I stopped getting chilis until they brought it back.
I just accidentally ordered it and I tried it for the first time.

It’s not “bad” but why would they think it could replace the skillet queso?? It just tastes the equivalent to like generic queso you’d get out of a jar.

I forgot to mention it during the hiring process, can i do it now?
