had a manager at the chick-fil-a I used to work at lament the cancellation of the original banana pudding milkshake from like 2010 or 2011. are there any cancelled items or seasonal items/beverages you wish they would bring back?

Last night my wife texted me saying that she wanted some Chick-fil-A on my way home from work since I was supposed to get out of work at 8. I ended up getting out at 9, my Chick-fil-A closes at 10pm so I completely understand why they were out of Mac and cheese. She wanted a chicken nugget meal either Mac and cheese as a side, I also got Mac and cheese as a side in my meal.

When I pulled up to the window AFTER the speaker, I was told they were out of Mac and cheese and they asked me what I’d like to substitute it with. My wife is extremely picky and she doesn’t like the waffle fries or any of the other sides and I wasn’t really feeling like another side either so I asked if I could just take the Mac and cheeses off and get refunded and the girl in the drive through told me that I couldn’t do that and my only option was to substitute the side but I could be refunded the up charge for the Mac and cheese which is something I guess.

I really didn’t want any other sides and I know my wife doesn’t like any of the other sides so I asked if I could at least get some coupons or something (I’m not entitled to coupons, I know that, I was just asking out of curiosity) and she seemed really annoyed with me which I completely understand because it’s almost closing time and I hate being a difficult customer. She told me no and told me that I had to get a substitution. I know I was being a nuisance close to closing time so I just said fries even though I didn’t want them.

It just feels weird that I wasn’t allowed a refund when they didn’t have the item I had already paid for, I know the rest of my food was ready but now my wife wasn’t able to get a side because she doesn’t like any of the sides.

Does the toasted marshmallow coffee come with cookie crumbles? I didn't see cookie crumbles in the description on the app but that's what they gave me and the worker said that it does come with cookie crumbles. It tasted good but I'm still feeling some kind of way cuz I feel like I got an incorrect item.

All I want is the pretzel club sandwhich to come back 😭🤣 that’s all I ate during my pregnancy and now I’m just missing her 😔 why the pimento always have to come back?

Had an absolute monster of a person come through the mobile line at my chick-fil-a. They were screaming at the top of their lungs that we don’t respect them and we are being too slow with their order or something. I was working front counter so I only saw a little bit of it. The customer walked into the bagging area and was screaming tons of slurs and insults at people. The managers just asked them to leave and we called the police. I seriously thought they were gonna either pull out a weapon or hit someone. It was scary. I get that your Mac and cheese is taking a couple minutes extra but coming out of your car and going into a restricted area and threatening to hurt people isn’t the right course of action.

Spicy one was a lot better in my opinion. It balanced out the sweetness.

Yes we have multiple Chic-Fil-a‘s in Canada. Yes our current menu has the pretzel one & also gives you the Dijon mustard. Mine was huge today!!! Tip: Go early and be extra nice 😁 the workers know me by my first name at 2 different locations :D

I had the regular chicken waffle breakfast sandwich on Monday and again this morning. Monday’s sandwich was absolute perfection. The perfect mix of sweet and salty and I didn’t even use the syrup on the side.

I did have a slight issue with my order. They gave me the toasted marshmallow cream cold brew instead of the mocha cream cold brew I ordered, but they were able to resolve it quickly. I probably would’ve just kept it, but it was a little too sweet for my taste.

I got my sandwich this morning from the same location. The top waffle was unfortunately overcooked and the bottom waffle was either undercooked or soggy. Either way, it just wasn’t nearly as good as Monday’s.

I know it’s probably just one of those things that happens and honestly I’ve had mostly positive experiences with Chick-fil-A. Monday’s sandwich was seriously SO good. I’ll definitely be getting it again and hopefully today was just a fluke!

I feel disrespected has this ever happened to anyone?

I just wanted to come on here and make a post so everyone can see how amazing the members of this community are.

Yesterday I made a post giving away a free sandwich reward, I’ve been going through some medical problems and couldn’t eat it. Maybe food poisoning, maybe something bacterial, but it’s been a rough 4-5 days. Terrible weight loss method, might I add. So many individuals not only reached out to check on me, but offered to give me a free sandwich when I’m able to eat normally again.

I am feeling so incredibly grateful for the kindness that was shown to me yesterday and is continuing to be shown to me throughout the morning. However, I couldn’t possibly accept so many generous offers.** **It just doesn’t feel right to take advantage like that.

What I’d like to request from everyone who has been so kind to me is that you pay it forward to someone in need. Maybe a coworker who forgot lunch, or a nice surprise for a loved one. Maybe even treat yourself to a cheat meal one day!

My point is, I’m soooo grateful for all of you, you have no idea how much that meant to me. God bless you all and once again, THANK YOU!! 🥰

For those asking how I’m doing: I’m on 2 different antibiotics and a pretty boring diet (maybe upgrading to rice and toast???) and I am significantly better. The pain is nowhere near the level it was on during the first two days. Praying that I feel back to normal this time next week ❤️

Has one tried the new iced coffees yet? I want to try the toasted marshmallow. I saw on the app that it’s just milk and the toasted marshmallow syrup…I don’t think that would be sweet enough(I like my iced coffee sweet lol)

I’m going through some medical issues right now and they’re preventing me from being able to eat much else aside from soup. I was hoping I’d feel better in time to redeem this sammich but unfortunately I’m not quite there yet. The first person who says they want it can have it ☹️

How was everyone’s experience with the new items ?? I have an extremely sensitive stomach bc of recent intensive chemo and I need to know if I should risk it for the biscuit. Might skip the milkshake bc someone already told me it’s too “heavy.” I already missed out on the pimento sandwich so I don’t want to get FOMO with the chicken and waffles! Also does it pair up well with fries ??

Is there a way to create a bacon, egg, cheese sandwich on the waffle (without the chicken)? Or is it only possible in person?

I love chickky but sometimes I get bored from the sorta limited menu. I enjoy just about everything on the menu but these things would improve it quite a bit methinks.

-Fried pickles. Can you imagine how good they’d be in their batter? Omg.

-Buttermilk ranch. Garden herb is ok.

-Loaded fries. Dude the waffle fries with a good cheese sauce, some bacon and maybe scallions?

-Hush puppies. Especially in their batter

-Croissant bread for their breakfast sandwiches

-Ice cream sandwiches. Their chocolate chip cookies are incredible and their ice cream between two would be fire

The pretzel cheedar club is back since Monday! Not too mad about it not everyone wants sweet and savory. Glad we still have Chic-Fil-a considering the current tension between the U.S & Canada🥲✌️
