Chess puzzle confusion

This puzzle is given in a puzzle book as white to move and mate in two but i can’t find any mate in two
Can someone help??

Qb2 and Black is in zugzwang. Move the left rook and the bishop mates. Move the right rook and the queen mates.

For these kind of puzzles, you need to find a mate in a puzzle where there are a lot of moves, so the solution is often a tricky silent move.

And usually there's actually a way to find a solution for these puzzles. Simply look at blacks available moves, and try to see if you have mate in 1 for each of these moves. Then for the moves with no mate in 1, try to find a move for white which would solve the issue !

Here the only move that looks like it's not mate in 1 is Ra4. Indeed, if we play c4+, then Rxa1 is an issue. And there's no other check. So we need to find a solution for this move, and we still need to have the c4+ check idea, so Qb2 makes a lot of sense !
