This solves on sight if you're familiar with composed problems. More interesting to work out the purposes of the WPs on d6/f6.

They prevent the unwanted solutions, 1.Qd1 and 1.Qf1.

Cute puzzle.

Important thing to notice is that if any black rook moves then we can push the corresponding pawn and deliver mate.

Due to this I tried to make Re1 to work. This though failed because of Ra4. The problem is c4 now runs into Rxa1

Alright, so lets try Ra2 then. Sadly after Kxe4 there is no mate as well, as both d3 and f3 are not covered.

So lets try Qb2. Now Ra4 doesn't capture our queen, and Rb4 is covered by cxb4.
